Look no further... seriously, dont bother reading any other reviews... this is the best tech support in Fresno. Carlos is extremely professional and friendly. The process and costs are transparent - Carlos explains everything up front and meets his commitments. I normally run an anti-malware program in addition to an anti-virus program. Roughly a week ago, my anti-malware software was corrupted and I didnt reload the program right away. Totally MY bad! Fast forward one week and the windows settings for my WiFi adapter are corrupted. I have an out-of-town job interview on Monday morning, a ton of work for the weekend and no time to troubleshoot this problem. I went in at 2:00pm on a Friday. Carlos swept my computer for viruses and malware (it was ugly). Reconfigured the WiFi settings, cleaned up any unnecessary software and added a few convenience programs. Had my laptop back to me by 5:20pm. SAVED. MY. ARSE. Simply the best. Thanks, Carlos!

Great service super fast. I had paid HP support to help and all I got was the run around. I believe I could actually hear them laughing in the background as they took my money. My problem was an employee who was fired before he left changed the password on this personal computer. A full system reset would have been easy but I needed a data recovery because of irreplaceable pictures deceased mother. There are a lot of password recovery tools out there but I didnt want to risk losing any data. I rather let a professional handle the job. And he did. With todays built-in security on computers its not as easy as it looks in the movies and TV. So a great job done with just a one day turnover at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Valley Support is a great little gem in this town! I had an old PC that I had placed on this shelf because it was sluggish and prone to ads and freezing. I needed to start using it again, so I looked around on Yelp. Based on other reviews, I decided to try this place. For starters, Carlos did a diagnostic on my computer and recommended some basic fixes to get it running smoothly again. His prices were very fair, and lower than other places. He was honest and upfront, and he presented me with choices about my options throughout the process. It was ready to be picked up the same day, which was extra impressive as I needed to start using it ASAP. I really appreciate the service I received, and I would recommend him to anyone!

I found Carlos on Yelp. I brought him my 5 year old custom build with some new hardware to install, he had everything done the same day per my request. I did not know that the RAM i had in my system was not compatible with my new motherboard he called me right way and offered to go to a local electronics store and get RAM that was compatible with with my new motherboard. That was a great help to me. Thank you Carlos. Do not hesitate to go to Valley Support for anything computer related. This kind of service is hard to find here in the Fresno/Clovis area. Not to mention he is centrally located in the Blackstone Bullard area.

Super quick service! I brought my laptop because I was having issues updating the software so I brought it in for a diagnostic check. It was then that I found out that I had over 300 viruses on my Windows 7 laptop. The diagnostic took about 2-3 minutes. Carlos removed all viruses, installed Windows 10, and installed a couple of new programs that would help my laptop run smoothly. He was able to do this in less than 4 hours for, what I think is a very great price for having a problem that I count fix myself, $150. I will definitely come back if I happen to have any other issues in the future!

Carlos is such an amazing guy. I stopped by Best Buy to see if they could fix my laptop but they couldnt. So after researching computer repairs, his store came up first on Google. After reading the reviews, I decided to try it out and see if he could fix my laptop and he could thankfully! I would definitely recommend him to anyone because he would keep you updated on your computer/laptop if being fixed. Next time if I need help for my laptop or repair, I am definitely coming back here again. Very satisfied!

I recently took in my laptop to carlos which was in pretty bad shape, while i was there, carlos showed he was a true profesional and made me feel at ease that he knew what he was doing, and that my laptop would be repaired.he at first told me i might need alot, but then returned a call later saying i didnt amd that he did the job for the $50 as advertised, not to mention a few extras he threw in for good measure , i surely recommend carlos and will look to him for all my computer needs

Ive been dealing with computers since the early 80s and Id have to say that Valley Support is one of the best places I have ever gone to for computer repairs. I never take the time out of my day to write a review but Carlos provided me with fast, quality, and friendly service. He ordered the new hard drive I needed and the same day it came in it he replaced it for me and had it done and ready to be picked up. It took me a couple of months to finally get around to writing this review, and my macbook is still running very well. Carlos fixed a fairly strange problem very quickly, and at a reasonable price. He also cleaned it up externally and internally. Ill definitely go back to Valley Support if I need further help in the future, and would reccomend them to friends.

Carlos is very friendly and stands behind his work. My PC had some issues and after he fixed it and I got it home, some related issues came up. I took it back and he worked to get them resolved ASAP. This time he not only hard tested my PC, but triple checked it, and tested it again when I picked it up. It now is working even better then before I had problems.
