Horrible, WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PHONE. i took my phone to get a simple repair and it turned to chaos. They lost my phone, and had me phone less for approximately a month, and i needed my phoone for work. every time i would go to check up on it they would "be looking for it" so i would go back, excuse my language but he (Kevin Russell) would always tell me a bullsh** stories, HE EVEN TOLD ME HE LIVED PAST PIXLEY SO HE COULDNT GO PICK UP A REPACEMENT PHONE, BUT HIS HOUSE IS IN TERRA BELLA and on Friday December 22, 2016 he told me that by next Friday (December 30) witch is today the would have my phone or a replacement phone. I showed up there and it turns out he wasnt there, there was a employee there that needed to leave and Kevin wanted us to wait outside till he came, we got all his licence numbers and came we sure wont go there anymore and this will not be the last time he hears from me. moral of the story DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE THERE, TAKE IT TO GEEK TECH TEAM

Our experience with Quality Computers has been absolutely positive. Kevin and his staff have kept our old computer running for years. They are knowledgeable, friendly, cool, calm, and professional. They actually answer the phone and if a message has to be left, they call right away. They are fast, thorough and patient; explaining how the problem part should work and how it affects the rest of the computer.. Quality Computers has absolutely gone the extra mile for us more than once. Their prices are fair and the repairs done quickly.. We are so impressed with their expertise, we are having them (finally) build a computer tor fit our needs.

These guys know how to do customer service the right way. They have fixed 3 laptops for me and if it is possible to fix it while you wait, that is what they do. They replaced a cracked screen on my daughters touchscreen laptop for much less than it would have cost to replace the whole unit. They know what they are doing and they do it superbly and as cost effectively as possible for the customer. They are awesome and I will definitely take ALL my electronic repair needs to them!

These guys are the best!! -- I have brought multiple pieces of equipment and they try so hard to find ways to get them cleaned up yet maintain the pics, music and games on them - which isnt easy given that my family doesnt know how to not crash the hard drive!! They have no problems answering my general questions even related to our I phones!! -- Dont go anywhere else in town - really. Im back with another rush job and of course "NO PROBLEM" These guys rock!!

Steven was very cordial when I met him for the first time. He showed signs of eagerness to satisfy my problem with my computer. He did, and I was very satisfied. It is a small hole in the wall shop, but do not let that fool you. The quality of the work that these guys do in there are SUPER! I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends. I am an elderly women living in a mobile home park. This man saw I was computer illiterate and took advantage. $200 later my computer runs worse than before. I found out later that he has numerous complaints filed with the city and the district attorneys office. Lets bring this creep to justice.

Brought my wifes phone in because it was over heating and phone was discharging quick. I had bought a new battery on line that hadnt helped. After about 10 minutes they made some adjustments and sent me home a happy man. No charge. Wifes happy which makes me happy.

I took in my Xbox 360 in to them about a month ago and really did a good job fixing it. I was also happy because they got the Xbox back to me quickly and it wasnt and expensive repair. They know what they are doing. I happly refer other people to them.
