Coming in as a second-time homebuyer, I knew what I wanted. I knew what would be my intended home price and the neighborhood. I tried to work with two agents who seem to not listen to me, they would try to push me to prices out of my desire range or in areas I was not interested in living. After those two failed agents I started working with Danny. I made it clear as I had with previous agents. Danny took the time to sit with me and provided me with homes that met all my expectations. Finding a home and the process to purchasing a home is long and stressful. Even as a second-time homebuyer, I knew this was not going to be easy but Danny was able to work with me and make recommendations. After only 6 months, Danny was able to find a home that I was satisfied physically, geographically and within my price range. Finding the home is just the first step, funding is the second, although many agents try to push a broker of their preference, Danny worked without hesitation and worked professionally with all parties (listing agent, current home owner, my broker and myself). For all these reasons it is with my pleasure to highly recommend Danny Umana to any first-time home buyer or property management for any purchase of property. Danny works with integrity and professionalism that is not often found with most people who work in this field.

Danny recently helped us purchase a home in Lancaster CA and we couldnt have been happier with our decision to have him be our Real Estate Agent. From day one Danny was really upfront about everything and remained professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to educate us when needed and we never felt pressured or forced to try and buy a house that was anything less than perfect for us. We honestly felt Danny actually cared about giving us the house of our dreams rather than just making a sale. Given the fact that my wife and I had really hectic schedules at that time and the fact that Danny was somehow able to coordinate everything around our events was truly a blessing. Communication was key to us and Danny maintained this throughout the entire process whether it be phone calls, text messages, emails or through an app on our cell phones. This helped tremendously and helped reduce the stress normally associated with all the "waiting periods" associated with buying a house.
