The lady that answers the phone "speaks" english and has a very heavy accent that is difficult to understand. I was very patient with her until she started getting an attitude because I was asking her to repeat what she said so I could get correct information. I wanted to schedule an appointment and she LITERALLY said " I don noah how to schedule " She then kept trying to give me another number to call to book the appointment which is unheard of. If you are working as a receptionist your job is to have everyones schedule in front of you and you should have the knowledge of who is able to take a new client and who isnt. Now Im left without a clue of where else to go to get my hair extensions put in and have to cancel my modeling gig =((((( because after telling the lady on the phone it was hard to understand her she all of a sudden said they were booked for a long time and nothing is available...whatever that means
