JD Computer & Cellphone Repair provides extraordinary customer service, which is hardly found these days anyone. I needed a few parts for an old iPad first generation. I called several places in the area, as I thought someone might still have those parts laying around in a box or so. All the places I called either wouldnt sell me the parts or didnt bother looking for them. Essentially I just needed some retainer clips for a few bucks. I guess my request wasnt worth their time. JD was at a customer when I called him. He asked if I could call back later when he is back in the shop, and hed be happy to check for the parts I needed. When I called again he asked if I could stop by at the shop later, because he wasnt sure if he had what I was looking for. I went by, but unfortunately it was not what I needed. Nevertheless, his patience was very much appreciated. About 15 minutes after I left I got a call from JD informing me that he found what I was looking for. I told him Id pick it up the next day. I was told to call first to make sure hed be there (it seems he does a lot of work at customer sites, so always call first). The next day I called, he was just about to leave, but he said hed wait for me if I come by now. When I got there he was waiting for me in the parking lot to hand me the part. JD Computer & Cellphone Repair is absolutely someone who goes the extra mile for their customers. Clearly customer satisfaction is top priority for them. Thanks again.

I had a cracked iPhone 6 screen that Apple wouldnt fix. I had to go to an outside repair shop and found JB. The service was extremely quick and easy and the screen he installed is better than any other non-Apple screen Ive seen. Id go straight back to him if it happened again.

This was an extremely good experience. My screen was cracked and the guy there was able to fix it within 30 minutes and make it look like a new phone. He also had one of the better prices around the area. I would definitely recommend this place.

David was really wonderful. He spent like 30 minutes trying to make sure properly diagnosed what was wrong with our computer and when it turned out it was a simple fix we could do ourselves, he didnt charge us anything. Very kind man!
