I brought in my iphone 5c to have the screen repaired. That part was done correctly, no issues there. The problem was that when they returned my phone, the home button no longer worked. I brought it back and they said they would repair it. When I returned to pick it up later that day, they asked if the button had already been damaged, since I had the Assistive Touch virtual button turned on. I said it was not damaged, it was just a preference of mine, as for many people, to have it on. It also lengthens the life of the physical button. Well, they said they replaced the button many times and it still didnt work. They would have to wait for the part to come in from another store to try to fix it. Since this is my work phone, I had to take it and return another day. So far, not too bad. When I returned to have them fix the button, the tech, I believe Kassandra, again asked why I had the Assistive Touch on. At this point, when I had already explained that it was a matter of preference and nothing was wrong with button, it became clear that she did not believe me and did not want to fix the phone. When I insisted that they had to fix it because it was perfectly fine when I brought it it in, her response was, "It will be sitting on my desk." I thought that was a rude way of telling me, "I wont do anything to your phone." I waited all day for a call back. Nothing. I waited the next day. Nothing. So I called the store and was told a manager would call me back. Nothing. I came in a couple of days later and just picked up my phone. They now said it may be a software issue and I had to take it to the Apple store. Lori, I am glad you read posts here because I want you to know how disappointed and upset I am at how my situation was handled. I felt like I was being called a liar. I was not contacted in a timely manner. And worst of all, I came in with a perfectly functioning button, now it does not work. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

So far, Stacy and her staff have failed to "process" the ~$350.00 in misc rebates offered/promised when my wife purchased a new Verizon Driod when she finally switched from AT&T at my recommendation back in late August. After several attempts to contact Stacy, my wife was given the run-around, and typical "checks in the mail" type responses. Its now early December, still no refunds, phone calls are not being returned, and a failed attempt to get name and contact info for Stacys supervisor (which for some reason is not to be given out...), we will unfortunately have to take different measures to receive her refunds. STAY AWAY! The same phones are available at the Verizon store located less than 1 mile further to the east on Lone Tree Way

I went into this particular store when my phone was not working. They could have fixed the issue, however, I wanted all off my stuff off of the phone first like my pictures and contacts. The manager Eric told me there is no way to access the phone but he will try to do what he can to help me. He spent over an hour resetting all of my email passwords just to check if my contacts and pictures have been backed up. He was capable of saving everything I needed and then even put them onto the new phone which was priced great! Thanks Eric!

Well there was a girl that help us out she was amazing I cant remember her name but she also spoke Spanish. .she even found out that we are getting charged for things we dont even use or knew about she tried to help remove them but when she got on the phone with the main store I guess corporate they were giving her a bad time so anyways we are still getting charged ...and as soon as my contract is over in leaving verizon. .but I recommend this place there very friendly and helpful

I have been to other places for my cell phones but I have never had the top level of customer service that I experienced at this location. Even knowing there is a bigger location down the street my family and I keep coming back here because we find the same phones and tablets but with out waiting for ever and they give us a more personal experience. So I would recommend to everyone to stop by this location first and experience the service they provide.

This store offered to sell me a phone for 20.00 more than the actual verizon store, gave me the run around when i told them the phone would need a different area code and prefix. dont do business with the e2 stores if you want to buy a verizon phone, head up the street near the arco and ask for daniel. much better service there.

I was a lot of issues with my phone and couldnt understand why it wasnt making any sounds and Eric fixed it within a few seconds. After that he fixed all the issues with my phone not being able to update applications. He also got me into the newest iPad at a fraction of what the cost is! Thanks for your help.

I recently went there to have my screen on my iPhone 5s replaced and I absolutely loved it ! I was helped by Kassandra and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and smart and fast! Had my phone fixed for me and on my way quickly ! I definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs their phone fixed !!!

I keep getting stuck with the same girl named blanca.. She did not even act like she wanted to sell me the phone i wanted. She needs to get a life. I highly discourage anyone from using this verizon store.
