.As a Birthday/Christmas gift I purchased all the components, housing, and monitor for, (what I was told repeatedly by my teen) the ultimate "Gaming PC". I needed someone who could do a custom assembly. Sorry, I just cant buy into the logic of if you can build with Legos, you can build a PC. At the final cost of everything, I wanted NO mistakes in the outcome. ;/ I called several companies, some would do a build, with their parts. Others had wait times youd expect the week before or after Christmas, others I could have choked on their hourly rates. Thank you Switzer! 1. They could do the assembly, with my parts, if there was an issue with one of my parts, theyd call and let me know before ordering anything, they said. And, they did. One of the coolers I bought wouldnt fit where needed we agreed to buy one that would. Their price on the item was lower than the other we bought. 2. Wait time, drop it off anytime will be ready in 2 - 2 1/2 days. Was told it would probably be sooner, It was. Just shy of two days. 3. Price is done by the hour, at the lowest rate Id heard from any the field. Yes the total cost was higher than originally quoted, but only due to the cost of the cooler. 4. Overall, I would take any of my computers to Switzer in a heartbeat, I do HIGHLY recommend them if you need something done to or put on your computer. They know what they are doing. As great as the equipment knowledge, their pricing, and their true quotes are ; the best thing about the company are their employees. We have gotten conditioned as consumers to be nothing more than a number or big ole dollar sign, or a name on a paper cup. The idea of true customer service has become something of the past with a few true slivers of it poking its head above the muck on rare occasions. Switzer is one of those slivers. I am the first to admit I know precious little of computers and even less than that of the lingo. When I was on the phone describing what I had and what I needed done, their was complete patience on the other end of the line. When dropping off, and picking up , last minute questions were encouraged, detailed report of what was done was given. Even though wed had the conversation over the phone, it was explained face to face why one of the coolers we originally bought wouldnt have worked. They assisted in getting everything in my vehicle. Once they were sure we had no further concerns. But if something comes to mind we can call them. We were never rushed, never talked down to, or over. It was obvious they all love what they are doing, and go out of their way to make their customers feel like people, instead of a bother. Frankly, even if they werent the lowest priced on work in the future, Id go back to them.

I was visiting from Austin, TX to work on a TV show and needed a power cord for our battery deck. I stumbled in thinking it was a computer store (its not), but the guy behind the front desk went out of his way to help me anyways. I wish I could remember his name because he was a total life saver. He grabbed the power cable I needed and gave it to me free of charge! I still dont know exactly what they do, but I would recommend this place to anyone based on this experience alone. If they went out of their way to send some lost filmmaker out of the door happy, imagine what they do for their regular customers. Thanks for the power cable hook up yall!

Brad, Director of Operations, is best of the best! I took my HP laptop & printer to him, the latter of which wasnt printing, and left about 30 minutes later with problem resolved! He took time to research the owners manual, follow a couple steps which I had overlooked, and fix the problem! SUPERB customer service!! He took time to listen, research, and resolve a problem for this tourist from Virginia. Strongly recommend Switzer for outstanding professionalism and extraordinary customer service! Thanks to Brad we continue our trip across America with one less headache and a printer that prints! GOOD ON YOU, BRAD!

I spoke to several computer repair places and 2 IT guys at work and everyone said Id "fried the motherboard." The tech at Switzer said that was a possiblity, but then gave me another option and something to try. He was absolutely right! Saved me $350 and was the absolute nicest guy. I now have a "go to" place for all my computer problems. Cant recommend them enough. Theres a lot to be said for a place that gives honest recommendations and advice. I will be telling all my friends.
