Stopped by today about a recent problem. Explained I was receiving an evite on my iphone, before entering my code # from a chinese email. Phat & Martin spent time with me trying to find this (scam). They found the userid and was able to delete via my calendar. Also, if it happens to reappear at a later date, was shown how to capture. They suggested I change all my YAHOO passwords, since (YAHOO) breach to inform their community of hacking into millions of accounts. Thank you, Phat & Martin for your help. Phat and Martin were extremely helpful and were able to address our concerns with expediency and efficiency. It was our first time visiting the store and we are glad we did. The customer service we received was unlike any treatment weve received from the Verizon store we usually frequent. We encourage anyone living in the area (or even out of the area) to take care of their phone needs with these gentlemen. Phat was personable, patient, and giving of his time.
