Mike is a terrific computer technician. He has fixed my computers several times when Ive had laptop hardware issues (hard drive/power cord issues). His work is always thorough and he goes above and beyond including cleaning the keyboards and screens. Recently I had an encryption problem that caused an operating system upgrade failure that rendered my laptop along with its 20 years worth of data unrecoverable, even though I also had a full verified backup. Mike persisted until he found a solution buried deep in Dells support site and spent days recovering my data and upgraded my computer to Win10. His charges for doing all this was fantastic, particularly given that this was my main business system. Thanks Mike - 5 stars...

Mike is the nicest person you will meet. He is an expert at fixing hardware related issues. He is skilled in everything computer. He will not rip you off and he tells you straight up whats going on. Thank you Mike!
