I dont like the workouts, I LOVE the workouts. The trainers are so helpful, encouraging and full of energy. Before starting, a friend of mine had asked me to go with her to check it out. I have been a long running gym rat, who was becoming bored of my everyday routine. We took our first class together and both fell in love. (Or should I say, we were hooked) I love watching the screen and pushing myself to my fullest potential. You have never met any of the people in the class, but you now feel like you have known each other for years. Men and women coming together with one goal in mind, having fun while you are exercising! And at the end of each workout you high five your trainer as you walk out the door. Giving you positive motivation to a job well done. I just Love it!

I love going to Orange Theory. I get a full-body workout in an hour and every day is a different workout. I thought that I would get bored with doing treadmill, rowing, and weights every workout but because they change it up every day, I dont get bored. I also like that they have a couple of bikes so if Im injured and cant run, I can still bike.

I love Orange Theory Fitness in General. I am all over the bay area but, Campbell is my home gym. The workouts and coaches always amazes me and never fails. The monitor makes a big difference, it keeps me to push & challenge myself. In addition, I always try to compete with other members who are next to me. The coaches also contribute to a healthy workout as they really push me and show me how to do the exercises the right way to avoid injuries.

I love the combination of the treadmill, rower and weight room and how we dont spend too much time in each location. It allows me to work my hardest in each location knowing that I wont be there for long. I also love how each workout is different so my body never gets use to it.
