It has been about a month since I started this meditation. People at the center are nice and guides told me how to meditate following the method. They help me but do not teach me. I like that. Its not a long time but I already feel so free, peaceful. I still have got a long way to go, but I want to finish this until the end. I tell people around me to try it if they are just dreaming of a stress-free life. Cuz now their dreams can come true.

Disappointed. I did not feel better after meditation and paid expensive monthly fees. The lady did not help me to reduce my stress.
