I love my Detox. Detox help me to focus on my health and well being. It helps my internal organs to regulate properly especially my abdominal organs. It helps get rid and push all the toxins down. I dont have to go to the bathroom eveŕytime. Same as my normal routine. In the first weeks, I see changes, my abdomen like most of us, it shrinks in the morning. But my feeling using the detox is quite different, my stomach change significantly for me as it felt so light. Never had the feeling before as if its magic. I felt it wasnt me that have this tummy. I am happy with the detox. Also my face got brighter. I felt and look younger as well. I recommend this to anyone especially who wants to make a good start on loosing weight. Of course, dont forget the yoga exercise that goes with it. The staff are so friendly and theyre awesome to talk to!!

I been a member at dahn yoga since march of 2011 and I find the style of dahn yoga to be very unique, effective and fun. They always have something different and new, and the environment is always bright and the instructors are awesome. The sessions help me stay focused and balanced. I find my self teaching the techniques which I learn and practice at dahn yoga and whoever I share it with wants to learn more and more, because its just simple and fun and brings a feelings of health and balance. I strongly recommend it for anyone and any age, whether they want to practice for health, flexibility, relieving stress or even to sharpen their minds for everyday challenges. And I love their tea time and the healthy tea they serve after the class is over. You will definitely enjoy it. go try it!!!!

I am a member of Dahn Yoga, Fremont since 12 years. As an electircal engineer working in Silicon Valley, I encounter stressful situations all the time. However, with Dahn Yoga practices, I have been able to keep my body healty, my mind sharp/cool/calm, and my spirit bright. I feel much healtier than 12 years ago. I recommend joining Dahn Yoga to any one who wants to stay healty, productive, and happy despite the circumstances. If you want to know how to manage your stress which is the cause of 80% of our illness than join Dahn Yoga.

Well when I started this practice , I was honestly very lost and couldnt focus at all ! I also had very bad eczema , and I was able to control it and make my skin way more beautiful and I shine bright everyday ! if you suffer from a busy mind , and high stress levels , or get mad easily you should come down and give this practice a try ! I did the trial class and felt awesome already. I have heavy headache and very cold abdomen. But even after one class, I felt difference. Usually I have sore muscles after any exercise but it was not this time. Class was fun and I just feel good. My arms and inner thigh, which I wanted to be in shape for long time, look better already. :) I will definitely come back to this place.

Good holistic program for mind and body exercises. Their simple exercises improved my health, digestion, and coordination. Their 10/10/10 exercise regiment consists of three exercises which one can do for 30 minutes a day, to improve health, focus, and motivation. These three exercises are simple, and easy to remember.

I had a good experience in the class and with the staff. It is a different style than other yoga but it makes my whole body feel better not just stretching. I recommend it for other people who want to improve or just start to change their body and health. Its very refreshing.

I have been coming to this place for 5 months and I enjoy the workouts very much. It is a great balance of physical activity with calming/relaxing exercises. I havent really lost a lot of weight but I feel great and to me thats what matters the most!! Try them out!!
