Bad experience. Had to pay two months extra fee even though I cancelled early. Apparently, they have policies in place to do that. You cant cancel your subscription online. You might think its not a big deal but it is. You will send out a a mail, try to call them and follow up but you most definitely wont reach someone the first time. The process takes time. And they cancelled my registration on the payment due date and later sighted that since I was late in cancelling, I have to pay for the next billing cycle as well. Trust me, I was not late. I was trying to get hold of them over phone for the mail that they received from 2 weeks but its not an easy job.

Pleasantons Fitness 19 consistently exceeds my expectations. The front desk staff is alway courteous and polite. The trainers that I have used have also been fantastic and I recommend them without hesitation. Additionally, the child area is great for all ages. They have great toys and movies to keep kids active and engaged. The staff who interact with children are delightful and take good care of them. For the price and the service--Fitness 19 is a gold mine in my opinion.

OK gym. A bit crowded. Does the job for the price. Not sure whats up with customer service tho. Ive put a call in to the general manager for over 3 months now, trying to get my 3 accounts merged. No call backs. Ive called every day this week. Still no call backs...

Visited/utilized this gym while out-of-town for a business trip. Staff was welcoming and provided a tour of facilities. Great variety of machines (cardio, free weights, etc.). Really appreciated having a facility to use during my visit!!

Illegally charging my debit card for a membership I never signed up for. Called a month ago, still no return call from general manager and just received another charge to my card. Beware!! Shady business practices going on here!

Good value, and most equipment is in working condition. Main problem is that it is really filthy. So I just go for it, and then shower quickly before touching my face or anything else.
