Love this studio! Its not super crowded, the yoga room is beautiful and the whole studio has the most relaxing atmosphere than any other bikram yoga studio. The studio offers the best teachers in the bay. They have traveled around the world and taught yoga. I recommend Kuan (one of my favorite teachers) if you want a more relaxed class focusing on breathing. Lee is great and his knowledge and experience will stick with you. Christian and Setareh are also very knowledgeable and great teachers. Rachel is awesome. Do I need to say more? :) If you want to know who is teaching, go on their website to find out. Namaste :D
