The Sudarshan Kriya is a profound breath work that helps calm the mind from all thoughts and negative emotions in just a few minutes. The Yoga and Meditation along with that just compliments the whole practice. I have been doing this for years and benefited immensely. The breath work somehow helps the mind to be in the present and not in the past. It has also helped me get rid of small things here and there that use to bother me for days and months. Its given me a whole new perspective of looking at things. The organization has many centers in the bay area. I have been associated with the one in Fremont and just love going there because of the atmosphere and the positive energy that i draw from there. They also offer free introductory sessions every Saturdays at 3:30 pm for anyone who would like to try it. Its the best thing that has happened to me.

I visit this Center for the free weekly followup sessions and also the meditation sessions. Its an awesome place to learn profound breathing techniques, meditation and practical wisdom for life.
