Really love this place. Even when I havent been in for a while it still feels like home. Ok maybe thats a bit much, but not wildly! The classes and teachers are fantastic! They are always looking for ways to change it up and keep me on my toes (a little barre humor for ya). Love the fact that they have different styles of barre classes, as well as yoga and boot camp, available throughout the day. And a really nice studio to boot! Wasnt sure about barre when I tried it out the first time but I fell in love after one class. A perfect blend of sweat, weights and sheer will power. My kind of work out! The barre-ties are really great too (a party where you barre first, what could be better!)

The studio is clean and bright. The classes are challenging and varied since they not only offer barre, but yoga and HIIT classes. All the teachers Ive had are encouraging and you definitely get a good work out here. Plus, the staff is super friendly and everyone makes an effort to know your name and make you feel at home. They offer a high level of service.
