The worst fitness center, they do not respect the privacy of the people. I became a member for one month and asked one of the girls in the management if it is possible to put my sport clothes in one of the lockers and she answered yes sure you can put your clothes as long as you are a member and come regularly to the center, I put my clothes in one of the lockers but in oneday i went there and found that the locker is open and couldnt find my clothes and found a the 24 Hour fitness business card and on this card they wrote you have one week free days, but i am already a member, i took the card to the management and asked them and they said: yes here is your clothes and we broke the lock because it is not allowed to keep your clothes in the locker!! I said: then why one of girls who work in the management told me i can put my clothes there, they said whos that girl? anyway what i wanted to say that this center do not respect the privacy of the people and if it not allowed to keep my clothes there then they can put a notice for me on the locker to take my clothes but unfortunately those people do not respect the privacy. joining this fitness center was a very bad experience for me.

First: The trainers are incredibly attentive. Im not just talking about the main coaches, Audra and Cherry. Their enthusiasm, attention to detail, professionalism, and love to coach has filtered down into their assistant coaches. When shopping for a new CF gym to join, pay attention to ALL the coaches if possible - meet them and watch them work. Are they on their cellphones when everyone is doing the workout? Are they casually talking to other folks, when they should be watching everyones form? Barking orders and getting frustrated? Even worse, gossiping? You wont find that sort of negativity at Crossfit Willow Glen. Second: Safety is KING here. If youre new to CrossFit, it can seem daunting and intimidating. Your beginners course is 6 weeks long, and youll have 2-3 coaches helping the whole class learn the basics. Everyone gets the attention they need. Technique is highly valued here, especially with the olympic and power lifts which is some of the more gnarly part of CrossFit. Even the more experienced members are getting little gems of wisdom on how to improve their technique to make the movements more fluid and safe.

If you are here to hit your fitness goals this is the place to go. Rubber coated and the good ole iron weights for the old school feel. Tons of space for deadlifts and plenty of power racks for squats. Multiple treadmills, ellipticals, cycling bikes, lounge bikes, stair steppers, and rowing machines. Exercise room with dance floor big enough for Zumba, weight lifting classes, and personal stretches. The best times to go would be 9:30am-11:30am;2:00p-5:30p. Any variation outside of these times will lead to popular machines being used. With that being said, there is a ton of cable machines to substitute for any bench, rack, or free weight being occupied. For the ladies...as with any gym guys will look at you, but here I have not seen guys hounding the women. I dont really pay attention since I am doing my own workout, but from my time when I worked here in 2014 and Workout here present day, Ive heard no complaints. The people here are easy going and fitness enthusiasts. No crazy folks, very rare to have a loud weight dropper, or screamer. So if youre in the vicinity to get your workout and go home, this is the place for you.

If you serious about your fitness goals, this is the place to go. This gym is not the newest or the prettiest, but there is tons of options for every fitness goal....a diverse set of cardio training machines, and many choices in machines to work every muscle group. One example is that most gyms might have 2 or 3 ways to do squats. This gym has 8 options. Ive found that when this gym is busy, there is always an alternative exercise to keep you going. I would also say that there is something to be said for an environment of body builders and pro atheletes who are always willing to share their knowledge....that keeps me inspired and motivated. The only small drawback is regular work needed to maintain the restrooms. These are older facilities, but at least the management is proactive when there is an issue. No issue seems to persist with this store manager. Great job!!

I find that child care takers who dont have kids of their own have a hard time understanding what the average child behavior is like. The girls at this gym are all young and complain about my 3yr old every time I take her there because of average behavior you would expect from a child her age. She was sent to the bathroom unnatended and because she needs help to dress herself back up, the girls compalined that she came out naked. She was sent back in the bathroom, again unnatended to dress herself. No one checked on her. I saw this with my own eyes as I was wating outside the kids club to pick her up. As a result of my experiance with the staff at this kids club, I am now serching for another club that has staff who understands what a child is like and it does not include a programable robot who will sit and color for a whole hour.

Better than many of 24 hour clubs. Les crowded. Heat selection of equipment. Good layout. They used to be 24-7 years ago, but now they close early fri-sun. So far from where I now live, but this used to be one of my Favorite locations. Dont know if they still maintain it like they used to.. Was Very clean, and Equipment kept in good condition. I do find that 24hourFit clubs cycle every few years on quality, so cannot report on current conditions.

This facility has some problems. While the staff is nice and friendly, the maintenance surely lacks. Just on first glance, the ceiling has water leak marks and the fluorescent lighting is mostly out. The womens shower room has no lighting and the shower heads are rusted and dirty. To me, these are very basic and easy fixes that should be addressed somewhat quickly. I have been there for a month and nothing has improved.

Signed up for personal trainer, worst idea ever. They are quick at helping you signup and tell you how easy it is to cancel should you want to at any time but when you try to, the smiles go away and out comes the runaround. Endless phone calls, in person meeting with them and more phone calls has gotten me no where. Warning, if you do signup for a personal trainer, do so at your own risk.
