DO NOT USE FOX MOVING !!! THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THUGS, THIEVES, AND SCAMMERS!! WORST moving company ever!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Almost half my stuff was missing during delivery, nothing was assembled. And when I called them they did not even care, were not apologetic, and Veronica was demanding more money and had no intention to hear about the issue on damaged things. They broke my $1200 picture, everything came in pieces ... quoted me for my move $4,670 then on the pickup day the driver created a new invoice for $9,760 !!!!!!!!!! The driver was complaining about how much stuff I have and was asking me an inappropriate questions. He also was threatening me that he will call his boss as I don’t have a partial packing but a complete which wasn’t the case, although it was Sunday and his boss was not working. Hence I was helping out myself with packing that they charged me. The guys were throwing the cloth in the wardrobes without bars and when I asked about the bars- the answer was: “The previous customer used all bars!” I got speechless and replied: “Then please go to a Home Depot and get bars for my cloth!” and the driver said that he doesn’t have money and I gave him cash and he got back in an hour with 3 bars ONLY while I had 12 wardrobes and he told me that I can go to U-Hall and another Home Depot to get the bars if I do want to have them! I was naive enough to leave the house and have an adventure of visiting a few stores and finally I understood per store manager that the bars can be sold only with the boxes! When I got back home, the movers already threw all the cloth on the hangers into the boxes like potatoes in the sack. The next day I was trying to talk to Sales person, but the receptionist transferred my call to Fred who is in accounting department and the gentleman had no desire to hear my story and asked me to call back the next day after 4 PM when he gets less busy and when I called again, the same Fred wasn’t willing to hear anything at all. When I called again 3 days later, the receptionist transferred my call to Veronica while I asked her to connect me with Fred and the “FUN” began! Veronica was interrupting me and was repeating standard phrases and was blaming me in signing in a new invoice , which was created by the driver who mentioned that he is the one who knows about the quote better than any of the company’s sales person as those guys are trying to be nice and purposely giving a lower quotes to the customers! They refused to answer my calls when I was trying to get a confirmation on the delivery day and then 3,5 weeks later the driver promised to deliver from 12 PM till 5 PM and instead arrived by 9 PM and was demanding cash ONLY and was unhappy with the prepared cashier’s check from the bank. The driver told me that if I will not get him cash, he will get back to my place in a week! The unload was till 1 AM in the morning with the flash lights as it was too dark already and the helpers which were hired by the driver were moaning that they’re too tired and refused to do any small assembly that they were supposed to do: computer desk, lamps. After all I had to hire folks to do an assembly and pay money as if Fox Company didn’t get paid for that. Again nothing of this was mentioned during the numerous calls I had with them up to that point. They will give you a low quote and then charge you extra when you are not left with many options. Their customer service is rude, and doesnt care once they have your money, 70% of which is paid to them when they pick up. After that it is a battle to get them to answer your calls or to get any sort of update. STAY AWAY!!!! I cannot stress this enough: never use Fox Moving. I am planning to file complaints with BBB and FMCSA and also looking into options to initiate legal action. Not sure how many other people they have taken advantage of. COMPLETE RIPOFF. Criminals run this place, no joke.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Moved from California to Mississippi and decided to hire a moving company. Worst decision EVER going with Fox Moving and Storage. There were several times we were lied to or misinformed. I was told one employee was placed on a one week unpaid suspension due to a lie, but I dont believe that either. My delivery date was set for June, I emailed and called back and forth because they were not going to make the delivery window previously discussed. Spoke to someone about the option of moving the delivery date back further, was told I would not be charged more. This was a lie...I noted on my long distance form to the change the date that I was told I would not incur additional costs and then found out I would, but adding the note onto the long distance move from made it invalid so I needed to fill another one out. I also then was told that my belongings could be delivered up to a month after that date. I told them keep the old delivery date, Im not signing anything else. The form was invalid because of the note and I didnt want to change the date...this all happened on the same day and I have emails to the company proving this. Someone later changed my delivery date to July without documentation to do so and caused my belongings to be delivered in August. Was supposed to get my belongings by mid JULY based on my June delivery date...received them the end of AUGUST! Fox Moving and Storage is stating they will not pay late delivery because it was not late, wont consider the emails I have sent in to prove that my delivery date did not change from June. Refuse to consider statements made by their own company. I had to postpone job interviews, had to buy new business clothes, my son started school without any of his belongings. To top it off, we were missing items and things were damaged. This company not only has poor customer service that will lie to you, but their supervisors NEVER call you as promised, then at the end of it all, their claims department doesnt take anything submitted into consideration and blame the customer for everything...even with proof that the company is at fault. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you have issues with them, you can file a complaint with Better Business Bureau, FMCSA and the DOT. They should not be conducting business the way that they are and its not safe for consumers to be led on like this.

DO NOT USE FOX MOVING, MOVING AMERICA, NATIONAL MOVING, OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER DBAS!!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THUGS, THIEVES, AND SCAMMERS!! Almost half my stuff was missing during delivery, 4 boxes and 1 suitcase with valuable stuff not delivered. And when I called them they did not even care, were not apologetic, and said its normal for stuff to get lost in transit. When I refused to pay the balance till they located and delivered the missing boxes and suitcase, they said that I cannot negotiate as per the contract terms and will have to pay an additional $500 for re delivery, even if a lot of the stuff was missing. I am planning to file complaints with BBB and FMCSA and also looking into options to initiate legal action. Not sure how many other people they have taken advantage of. Even before the delivery the whole experience was terrible. They have a ton of hidden costs that they wont mention up front but which will be part of the fine print. When they showed up for pick up they asked for an additional $150 to wrap the glass coffee and end tables, while on call during getting the quote they had specifically said that packing those glass tables would not be a problem. They also said that since it was a very short move, CA to AZ it would take around 3 days, but it took them all of 21 days to deliver. Customer service during this period was horrible. And beware, after pick up they need you to sign a document that mentions that if your complex, or house does not have access for an 18 wheel trailer there will be extra charges that could run into hundreds of dollars. Again nothing of this was mentioned during the numerous calls I had with them up to that point. They will give you a low quote and then charge you extra when you are not left with many options.
