We used Prodigy last weekend to move from an upstairs 2 bdrm apartment to a house with a nasty set of stairs to the 2nd floor. They didnt complain once, I felt so bad for them having to carry that furniture up the stairs! They got us completely moved in 4-5 hrs with about an hours worth of travel time. Its the first time we have ever used movers before and I was pretty happy with the outcome. We didnt have to lift a finger and figured that we only spent a little more than if we would have done it ourselves. So it was totally worth it, especially since it probably wouldve taken us 2 days to do it ourselves. We tipped the guys and told them that we would recommend them to everyone we knew! Costumer service was very thorough and patient with our questions. From the girl that set us up for the move, to the guy that confirmed and review everything and also a follow up call to check on us. They sure care about their work being done correctly and keeping their customers informed and happy. They were fantastic!

The guys at Prodigy moving and Storage make it bearable. Better than that, they make it easy. They offer packing as well as moving services, and they give detailed estimates. Last month, we moved out of our old place into a new house with them. The movers were incredibly friendly, and careful with all our stuff -- even the junk we probably should have just thrown away. Even with the packing, they finished work ahead of schedule both days. And the bill came out about $600 under the estimate.!!! Weve been recommending them to everyone we know. Considering all the horror stories about moving -- some of which weve experienced first-hand -- we could not be happier with how our choice turned out.

Prodigy moved my goods from storage in Ventura to my new house in Ojai. Abby, who handled the estimate and scheduling via phone was EXCELLENT. She helped me anticipate problems, costs, complications, etc. Everything went just as she had said it would. The crew, led by Marcos was hardworking and smart. They had a good, team spirit, and were very efficient. All in all, Prodigy did a great job. Prodigy bid less than Ventura based movers, even though they had to drive farther to get to our storage. They wanted the business and wanted to do a great job, which they proceeded to do. Would that all service providers in the US were as dedicated.

We moved from a two bedroom apartment to a house. They worked tirelessly and handled every aspect of the move. We packed everything and they moved it. They came in like a hurricane and grabbed everything. They had boxed for this and ways to carry that. They wrapped all our furniture and made sure and already existing damage was noted. They are upfront about their insurance policy. As an awesome bonus they dont charge double drive time if the two locations are only 5 min away . Every other moving company I called charged it no matter what. I would use these guys again in a heart beat.

WOW let me start with WOW did I say WOW yet. I have moved several times in the past and every time just went with the first company that had availability, that was until now Hoping not to move again soon But if i do i am definitely going to use Prodigy Moving and Storage from my first contact with Veronica the sales rep to the Amazing crew of Noah, Cesar and Jose 3 this was by far the easiest and smoothest move i have ever experienced, flawless execution from start to finish If you or anyone you know are moving i strongly recommend Using this company A++++++++++++++++++

Shelly who set up my move was very helpful and answered all my questions. All three movers Fernando #2, Escobar and Hugo arrived on time and got right to work. They had no problem getting the big heavy items out of the house and onto the moving truck. They took care to wrap everything in plastic and all items arrived at our new place in perfect condition with no damage. They were quick and easy to work with and made our move pain free! I would use them again in an instant for any future moving needs!

A few days ago I had to move from Northridge, CA to Canoga Park, CA. I called the company on a very short notice. Customer service was helpful and understanding, since I had to make a couple of last--minute changes. The moving crew were excellent: they got there on time, did their work efficiently and packed and moved everything faster than i was counting on. They put everything back together and it felt like I had been there a while. I would strongly recommend them!!

Prodigy was so great with our move. They were careful with everything. Ivan was clear and helpful when we were discussing the plan for the morning. We told them that we had just had the new house painted and they were extra careful not to push anything up against the walls. They even put felt feet on all of our furniture to help protect the hardwood floors. It was so nice not to worry about anything. They did a great job! Thank you Ivan and Abby and the whole gang!

These guys were lighting quick. I had not fully packed thinking it would take hours to load the truck. They had it loaded to go in no time. Got to my new place, a condo, which had numerous restrictions and work arounds which I thought would add a couple of hours to the move. They were done, placing all the furniture where I wanted by lunch time. Great service, nice people. They were recommended by my HOA, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Couple of months ago, my client was moving from Texas to California and she need it extra assistance at the last moment as his moving company could not go inside the complex where she was moving. I called this company and they accomodate us in the spare of the moment, the service was amazing, the workers very professional and helpful, the show up in within an hour, Veronica our contact person was super dilligent and helpul this company rock!

Wow what a great company.. From the phone call with Abby (the original reason we decided to use Prodigy) who was so kind and patient to the 3 man crew who were excellent. Benjamin was the leader of the 3 man crew (Escobar and Francisco) which handled our complicated move amazingly. They were kind and professional .. I would highly recommend them and will be referring them to my friends and family.

We had a great experience moving across town with Prodigy. The estimator, Iliya was super-helpful. They beat the competition on price and he was very accommodating when we wanted to change our date at the last minute. The foreman, Ivan, was fast and efficient. His crew packed all the stuff we didnt get to and handled our fragile items with care. I would definitely use them again!
