The technician got the job done, no complaints about that. But hes trying to explain it to you like will do brain surgery, and all he was doing is replacing 1ft plastic pipe with 90 degree angle, 1ft underground. The whole idea is that youll pay insane amount of money, so at least youll feel like something big was fixed. If you call them, the estimate strats from 300, doesnt matter whats to fix. SO IF YOU DONT HAVE THE BIGGEST PLUMBING EMERGENCY, TAKE YOUR TIME AND FIND A PLUMBER WHOLL DO THE SAME JOB FOR NORMAL PRICE, 3 TIMES LESS For the money youll pay them, you get a night in 5 star hotel and still have left for a plumber to fix your problem
