4/10/2017 Updated review Today marked the third time Ive hired Thousand Oaks Plumbing, & once again Daniel Guineys plumbers delivered. On Sunday, April 9th, we discovered a water leak in one of the exterior garden beds outside our home. At 7:45 am I called T. Oaks Plumbing, explaining our concerns. By 9:20 am Joe F. was at our house, clearly explaining the possible causes, & began an excavation. He expertly determined the source of the leak (a leaking section of PVC irrigation piping), replaced the flawed joint section, returned at days end to confirm that the leak had been rectified and satisfactorily recovered the excavation. Despite his youth, Joe evidenced authentic expertise; his apprenticeship under Danny was invaluable. Joes charges were reasonable & fair, as were the charges for previous work this firm provided, & his personable nature was an additional asset. Danny & his team deserve the success they have earned. Danny came out and looked at the problem. He chose a way of fixing it without taking up the floor (brand new since two weeks ago), and getting the job done in less then a day. Jesse truly cared about my problem and he did everything he could to make it all go away.I would highly recommend Danny and Jesse to anyone. I cant say enough about Thousand Oaks Plumbing and the two men that made my New Year wonderful! Thank you for your service and expertise. Thousand oaks plumbing is fantastic. Quick and Good at what they do. Ive tried several of the local discounters with their coupons and promises of low cost fix rate pricing. Only to have them up charge me and often not get the job done anyway. Im done with those marketing games. Thousand Oaks plumbing does great work for a fair price. And they actually do the work! One last note. These guys are always booked. If you have an emergency situation they will give you priority, if not, wait for them. Good quality work at a fair price is always worth and extra day.

My plumber from Thousand Oaks plumbing was very experienced and professional, and did great work on a difficult job. Our main line sewer blockage was 9 1/2 feet below grade, requiring a lot of digging and maneuvering to miss water and electrical lines that were in the way. They didnt cut any of the existing lines. They also used top quality materials to make the main line repair (junction from ABS to clay), which not everybody does. I have 40 years construction experience and enough knowledge to determine who knows what they are doing. These guys know their stuff.

Called Friday nite with a water leak from my airconditining unit inside the garage. A tech by the name of Brad called back and walked me through shutting off the water. He came as planned the next day...assessed the damage and although it wasnt a plumbing job gave me 2 referrals one for water damage clean up and the other for AC service. Ill only use T.O. plumbing when needed!!

Thousand oaks Plumbing is the best. They always show up on time and do a great job. I own several properties and it makes oit so easy for me and my tenants. I recommend everyone with an older home have your sewer lines scoped and replaced under the slab before they go bad and start backing up. Thousand Oaks Plumbing has done 3 homes for me and did a great job.

After SoCal Gas found exhaust leaking from my water heater, I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing. Joe F. was on site within 1/2 hour and remedied all issues promptly, including some from the home inspection, and got the appliance back online. Prompt, courteous service at a fair price puts Thousand Oaks Plumbing on my "go to" list.

These guys are great! I submitted request to four different plumbing companies on Sunday night. Thousand Oaks Plumbing called me first thing Monday morning - and had a tech available to diagnose the likely issue. They came out the same day - Monday afternoon and resolved everything. Fantastic!
