We have used Waite Brothers a few times. My first experience was due to our (newly remolded) shower taking too long and too much water to get hot. Three other plumbers wanted to re-pipe for several thousand dollars. Waite Brothers plumber made an adjustment on the newly installed (by another contractor) faucet and that took care of the problem.

My wife is very sensitive to both quality and social interactions offered by any service provider from a sandwich to gardening, plumbing, etc. She has been very satisfied with the service and I see the work left. He made a non-standard refrigerator connecting valve a standard and easy for anyone to hook up and release the connecction.
