Roto Rooter On 12/6/14, Service Tech (Patrick) caused additional damages at the job site by leaving water on in a bathroom sink and it over flowed onto the floor and into the hallway. The Tech "Patrick" was made aware of the flooding he had caused and did help in trying to sponge up the water on the floor with aid of the renters (wife & 2 teenagers). Though they did manage to soak up all the flooded water on the bathroom floor and hallway, they did were unable to get the water that had already made its way in between and under the Pergo flooring. Patrick called me after the job was done so that he could get my payment. Patrick never mentioned the accidental overflow of water in my rental and the cleanup he had just completed with the renters. A week later the husband (renter) advised me of the incident and the damage to the Pergo flooring, he sent me some pictures of the swelling of the boards in the floor. I tried to resolve the incident with the manager (Todd), but all he could say is that his tech Patrick did not recall any water on the floor in the bathroom or hallway. So, I told Todd that I was going over to the rental in a few weeks to assess the damage and address why the renters (6 years) would possibly lie to me. My personal guess is that the tech Patrick is not telling the truth to his boss for fear of losing his job. My advise is to document any incident that happens by pictures or video, so that you dont get taken advantage of and called a liar.

Called for Septic Pumping here in Visalia, and was told they would be out in a couple of hours. After 4 hours, I called back to check on the status and was told the tech was almost done and would be right there. I said, "NO, I want an ETA". She came back on the phone, and said the tech was in Three Rivers and wont finish for 2-3 more hours, and would be there after that. When you have an emergency and need service fast, dont call here. They can not be honest and give a correct ETA. Wasted my time and had to call someone else.

I would not recommend this company here in Visalia to anyone!!! Unfortunately we have to go through them because of our landlord uses them. This is our first time we had to deal with them. They were called on Tuesday morning didnt get anyone until 4pm that day. They were suppose to come back the next day to find the leak and here we are Thursday night and no one still!!!! Cant have our water on because of this leak, I have 4 kids here and we cant live without running water!!!! Very unhappy!!!!

Called for a loose kitchen faucet that required professional to fix and called at 10am they were at the house at 11:30am same day to fix and service was great will use them again and recommend them.

Here is my issue, they came out 4 months ago and are just now calling me because my card wont go thru, really isnt that something you should have called me 4 months ago regarding the issue.
