A-Plumberman installed a new water heater in our home. The water heater never worked as it should (pilot light would go out frequently). We just assumed that was to be expected and would re-light the pilot. Two days ago an inspector visited our home to inspect our propane-fueled appliances (there is no natural gas in our area) and pointed out that A-Plumberman had installed a natural gas water heater even though it was sitting next to a propane water heater. When contacted the company stated that they did not install the heater and that it must have been someone who had counterfeited their invoices. Despite two invoices, two cancelled checks and a statement from the home warranty company that authorized this work, A-Plumberman has refused to accept any reposibility for their gross negligence and has repeatedly refused to replace the natural gas water heater with a propane water heater even after I suggested we split the cost 50-50. The heater they installed has been deemed a serious safety hazard by the inspector and by a second plumbing contractor and cannot be used. In addition, the plumbing contractor pointed out two code violations with their installation, and Plumberman failed to obtain the required permit before performing this installation which meant that their work would not be subject to inspection. Their contention that the home warranty company is responsible is deceptive at best. The home warranty company only provides what the local contractor; i.e., Plumberman, specifies is required for the job. Plumberman has resorted to a succession of deceptive attempts to avoid responsibility for their negligence including suggesting that the water heater be converted despite a statement in writing from the manufacturer that it cannot be converted. We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to still be alive and have our home intact as their negligence could have resulted in us losing our lives and/or our home. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!

We have had Plumberman fix a few things at our tri-plex. Joe fixed a drain for one of the bathtubs, installed water pipes to the garage, installed a sewer pump, and replaced a connection to a sewer pipe. Within a year both the drain and sewer pipe connection needed to replaced due to poor craftsmanship. Neither the drain or the sewer pipe were glued or fitted correctly. Although Joe is a very nice guy, I do not believe he does good work and have the leaky pipes and disgruntled tenants to prove it. Furthermore, when we have called the Plumberman back to fix their less than competent work, they have given us a hard time. The first time, we were told by their plumber that they" lost" our invoice and needed a copy of ours to verify that the job was actually under warranty. The second time, they accused us of having their plumber do the job, "off of the books". They have been argumentative, rude, and unprofessional. They have haggled with us about warranties, claimed that we caused the problems, and lost our invoices. I would not recommend them to anyone and believe they lack professional integrity. Save yourself money, time, and frustration by going with anyone else.

I had this huge problem with my drainage system last week. Everything was coming out instead of going down the pipes, so i called Nick and his awesome team came at my place for like 2 hrs(very very fast). The guys were amazing, they did full inspection and found out that my pipes were way too old now and this caused me all the troubles is had past few months. The replacement wasnt that expensive considering the job done, yea the mess was huge but atleast now all is fixed and i dont have to do some "dirty jobs" :-). Thanks Nick, thank you guys fantastic effort and superior performance. GG.

$219 to screw an anti-siphon valve on a hose bib (faucet). $89 for the visit, 4x markup on the parts. I called the company and the owner didnt deny the huge mark up. His response was "We have insurance and gas to pay for. Customers always think that they pay too much. I always think they pay too little". Plumberman does not understand the concept of a fair price for services rendered. They are only interested in how much they can fleece from the public. I will take my future business elsewhere.

I highly recommend them! When my tankless water heater started acting up, I had no idea what to do. I didnt know the difference between a tankless water heater vs. a regular water heater. I called Plumberman Plumbing because a friend recommended them. They got to my house quickly and fixed the issue even quicker. They even took the time to explain the differences to me (cost- and energy-saving vs. convenience).

We recently changed our countertops and kitchen sink. All the plumbing underneath the sink needed to be replumbed and re-routed to fit the disposal and dishwasher drain. The tech who came over was knowledgeable and competent. He completed the job and was finished in s timely manner. I would strongly recommend A-Plumberman for your commercial or residential plumbing needs.

These plumbers know there stuff. They fixed my problem in a timely basis. Gave insight into other problems I was having. They had a fair market price. There parts are not the run of the mill either; Very excellent quality. I know that I wont have to see them again unless I have additional problems. When that time comes, I have a plumber, A- Plumberman Inc.

Plumberman arrived within 30 minutes and repaired my leak. I was able to go back to work and didnt have to miss a lot of time. They charged me exactly what they quoted, and the repair was guaranteed.
