Experienced great service from the plumbing Mastersteam. Hot water heater broke on Easter Sunday. Plumbing Masters had their team at our house by 9am Monday. Excellent service from Chad Looney, Shawn Ganados, supervisors, and Todd who did the installation. They conducted a very thorough evaluation of our plumbing, including identifying a problem with very high incoming water pressure from the city. Offered detailed descriptions of the work proposed, offered very reasonable pricing and all work was completed the same day. All staff, including phone receptionist were very courteous, personable and professional. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters!

I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH TERRY HINDS SERVICE. HE WAS PROMPT, NEAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE WORK HE WAS DOING. So my wife and I just moved into a house in Scottsdale and had a major plumbing problem where a pipe burst and leaked water throughout the bathroom. Needless to say it wasnt pretty. The guys at Plumbing Masters came right over and fixed the problem and helped clean up the mess. Cant thank you guys enough for ending the nightmare, so thanks!

This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Please dont get screwed like I did. In my opinion this company is EVIL, MEAN and should really consider shutting down their company before anyone else gets left worse off for using them.
