The guy knew what he was doing and did the job, that is why I am giving them two stars, but he ended up charging me over a $150 more even if that was right, the price changed when I told him I was only doing one job not two, because we were planning on doing a couple of more things but because of their overpriced quote, we changed our minds. He wanted to charge me over 400 to change my kitchen faucet( faucet included he said) 467 to be exact, and when I said what if we buy the faucet ourselves, he told me it was going to be the same thing pretty much. Then he remembered to tell us that we might encounter a problem that could cost us more money, for a $120 job we paid over 300. I called three different companies for my kitchen faucet replacement and they were all 200 or less to change it. So definitely overpriced. Also he was pushy even after I said no thank you, he kept telling us we need it to fix it and he could do it right there and then, maybe they worked on commission. Overall I would not use this company again or recommend it.

I called plumbing masters in a panic to come out to my house. A pipe had burst and water was flooding everywhere! Tiffany answered the phone calmed me down and assured me that she had someone on the way. Randy and Mark came to my house and made it there within 30 minutes of talking to Tiffany! Randy and Mark immediately got to work and stopped the flooding in my house. They worked fast and efficiently Randy and Mark were able to tell me exactly what had happened and why it had happened. They are the nicest and most knowledgeable plumbers I have ever encountered! It was like having my brothers over to the house! And the price to make the repairs was very reasonable. I would recommend Plumbing Masters and Randy & Mark to all of my friends and family! I cant thank them enough.

I had an underground pipe that needed repair...because it was the main to my home I decided to call a plumber....Plumbing Masters came and gave me an estimate of $600.00 to repair a 1" Pipe....Definately did not help that the guy who showed up was a jerk about the cost...and tried to justify his costs to me....I think these guys business model depends on the Emergency Factor...after a quick trip to Hardware store and having a buddy who has a little experience I was out $100.00 and about 45 minutes total of work...that includes several beers for my buddy & I at the local Pub

These guys suck. They said it would cost me 1100.00 to fix the valve in my shower. I had the part which was 60.00. That was in additon to the 125.00 fee for after hours.

These guys are terrible. For just 1 leaky valve they wanted to charge us $1400. Dont waste your time with these people.
