If only EVERY service-oriented company could offer such courteous, knowledgeable, respectful & well-groomed employees!!! Its so rare in this day & age to see someone who knows his work well, cares about the job he does, and works hard to get it right THE FIRST TIME. Mike G. has been out to our rental twice in the past year, and he has been the GOLD STANDARD of professionalism & customer satisfaction!! He is prompt, courteous, personable, and patient (I dont "know" plumbing, but he explains things in terms I can understand without being patronizing). His knowledge of what he does is EXTENSIVE, yet he is humble & not at all patronizing - to me, that says a lot! (I have had plumbers out to my home in the past that dont want to be bothered explaining, and frankly, probably couldnt explain the problem. None have ever expressed that they wanted to offer any explanation in terms I could relate to!) Mike did what needed to be done in a timely manner, but was always respectful: of our home, and of us & any questions we had. While out at our house, he got a flat tire, and even handled that with professionalism & a great attitude! Last - but certainly NOT least - of all, we were comfortable and felt safe having Mike in our home. He took care in the areas in which he worked, his behavior was not at all off-putting, and he was pleasant & helpful. You are to be commended for the work your employees do & the manner in which they do it. We have your card, and will be sure to recommend Plumbing Masters to anyone & everyone I know for plumbing-related business ... Mike, the work he did, & the manner with which he conducted himself is the reason why. Thank you!!

I consider myself to be a competent DIYer so I thought nothing of undertaking what should have been a 45 min plumbing job at most. Ever had one of those days where nothing went right-Murphys law working overtime. Well, with this seemingly simple job Murphys law was definitely working overtime. Three days later the project was no longer just a project, it had turned into an ongoing nightmare. My wife was at the end of her proverbial rope and my frustration level was topping the charts. She finally quipped "stop trying and call somebody". I did not want to but knew I had better heed her suggestion or we both might have ended up on the evening news. if you get my drift. It was a Saturday afternoon and I wasnt even sure I could get a plumber on such short notice. Enter Plumbing Masters. At my wifes continuing insistence I called Plumbing Masters. The nice lady on the phone assured me they would get someone over that afternoon and they certainly did. Our knight in shining armor. who rode in to save the day, was none other than Mike P. Great guy. When he saw my mess he did not even feel the need to rib me about it. We did have a chuckle when I told he was literally a life saver (my own). He was professional, courteous, efficient, and very polite. He quickly assessed my situation and, in no time, put an end to my 3 day nightmare. Thanks to Mike Ps expertise and efficiency I am still walking upright and my wife is back in her happy place. The job was executed perfectly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Plumbing Masters, in general, and Mike P. specifically to anyone who has need of a plumbing professional. Thanks Mike P.

The price of the unclog and the camera were initially outrageous, but things really started changing when Jim and Jesse drew a very accurate picture of what I needed from the camera view. They made two proposals for replacement of my sewer line and since my toilets were so old, they threw two new toilets into the package I chose. This proposal ran into many thousands but it turned out what was needed was every penny; the actual clog in the pipe dug up was worse than what the camera revealed. They did the job completely, and David was left behind to do and supervise the actual work. He did not only the work but included those little things that made the work pleasing and professional; he went the extra mile and I would recommend him and the others (including Todd, who dug the trench for the new sewer) very highly for a raise or a position in a better-paying plumbing outfit, if one existed. They clearly delineated the limits to the contract and gave me tips for dealing with them (such as the unavoidably disturbed lawn). This little review is the least I can do in response to a job well done. Many thanks.

I must say, I was very distressed when My 8:00 am appointment turned into a 3:00 pm appointment. I had to take a day off work so I could get my shower fixed(my boss was not happy.....as her son was in the ER for a heart problem) (I could have gone to work. Since I am 2nd in command it would have given her time with her son). The first older lady I spoke to was very unfeeling and curt....which needless to say pissed me off. So when Mark came to the door I was less than nice. His upbeat personality and his professional behavior was totally unexpected and very welcome. He did an exceptional job and put my mind at ease about having the service done without any issues. I also feel that if I have any plumbing problems in the future I wouldnt hesitate to use Plumbing Masters again. I would also ask for Mark Booher even though if he wasnt available I wouldnt hesitate to try another technician. I was very happy with their service I would recommend them to everyone. I do think they should have a chat with the nasty old woman who answered the phones though.

I called Plumbing Masters today (on a Sunday morning) for a problem with our plumbing from the main line (from septic) to our house. We previously had other companies come out and they not only were unprofessional, they snaked the line and left a huge mess afterwards... more importantly, they didnt fix the problem! From the time I called Plumbing Masters they were knocking on the door 3 hours later (on a Sunday!) Our plumber Jessie Green is so friendly and we immediately felt comfortable with him in our home. He is very professional, knowledgeable and personable! He did a great job and was cleanly about his work too. Jessie took the time to explain what he did and the possibility of other issues that may or may not be a cause of our problem. He even played with our dogs and shared some fun stories about his dogs. We couldnt have asked for anyone better to come into our home. Jessie is a true professional! Thank you, thank you, thank you! From the Becker-Palazzo family.

Thank you for sending David to fix my neighbors plumbing issue. He was professional, polite and seemed very knowledgeable . My neighbor, Betti Ruszler, aka BJ, is 95 and lives alone. She had been without water for two days and called Plumbing Masters first thing this morning. They said someone would be out between 9:00 - 1:00. Well, David arrived by 10:00, I went down to be with her when the plumber came because she doesnt get around very well and I could show him where things were and help. David found the problem, a broken pipe connection, repaired it and made sure all water in the house was running in all faucets. BJ and I were both impressed with his attitude , knowledge of his work and his professionalism. You have a quality employee with this young man.
