This place is a complete scam! They are in the business of overcharging customers. They gave me a quote of $2965 to replace a water heater. I understand services charge more for labor if the heater is in a basement or not easily accessible, but my water heater was in the garage. They wouldnt give me anytime to research if that was a fair price. I searched online and found that an average price for a 50 gallon tank is around $700. Work took 3 hours, which means they charged me $422 per hour FOR LABOR!!!! How do they justify charging that kind of price?!!!! This company preys on people and takes advantage of them when they are distressed. Stay away from them!!! Ill be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau next.

They said theyd be out to replace my water heater around 3. I had to leave work early to make sure Id be here for when they showed up. Anyway, 7pm rolls around aaaand no one has shown up. I called to see what was going on, and the guy who answered the phone was short with me. I didnt yell at him or anything (I work in customer service, so I really try to be polite to fellow customer service employees), but he kind of got an aggressive tone when I finally called again to cancel. This is unacceptable, and I will never attempt to use this company again. I am using a different service (found a local guy), and I suggest everyone else do the same. Dont waste your time or money on these guys.

This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever used. Came out and supposedly fixed my water heater. Woke up the next morning to cold water. Called company again, said they would be out between 2 and 4. Finally by 7 that evening the repair person showed up. That was with me calling the company three times, no one from the company had the courtesy to call. To add insult to injury, I was way overcharged for what they did. I would NEVER use this company or recommend them. This is how bad they are, you have to give them a star to be able to even post anything. The star is not deserved, they should be ashamed.

Do not waste your time or money. Total scam. $99 to do absolutely nothing and refuse service. Installed a water heater that should last about 10 years. 5 years in, minor malfunction that manufacturer stated may be as easy to fix as cleaning it, might need an inexpensive ignition assembly. Charged us $99 to send a guy out, then refused to service it, claimed they didnt install it (their stickers are all over the heater) and said all they would do is replace it for several thousand dollars. Utter BS.

Daniel the repair guy was a nice sort, Steve that works in the office that offers qoute was an A$$. He was upset because I got a second opinion on the price by phone and then said I was wasting their time. My money is what they wanted, a repair quote that started at $597 went down to $249. I refuses the service just on principal. They try to get you with a $99 service call fee. Nothubg that says you have to pay it because you dont sign anything. This place sucks.

This guy is a total rip off. He soaked my nieghbors for over $2500.00 for a water heater, then when it broke a few months later he soaked them again for another $400.00 to repair it, "under warranty" he also waited a whole day to come out and then up charged for "an emergency" since the 95 year old man in his opinion didnt need hot water. Dont use this business!!!! The only reason for one star is it is the only way to hit the post button.

Literal highway robbers. They show up before the time that was scheduled, not allowing enough time to fully research fair prices, and immediately want permission to being making changes to the water heater. After they did the work they charged me double what other competitors charge, yet, the deed had been done. Complete garbage customer service, they are out to take advantage of you while in distress.

Rip off! They try to price gouge senior citizens but I was there to stop the move. They were going to charge my Father $99 to look at the problem and then quoted him a $1480 for installing a 50 gallon Rheem Water heater. They have an "F" rating with the BBB. Do not call these criminal rip off artists. John

Way, way too pricey, RIDICULOUS PRICING!!! We paid over double what most companies charge!!! Good price for new water heater and labor..$1200, a high price $1800, this companies price $2650 - INSANE - DO NOT USE THEM. They are a complete rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
