After 22 years of doing business with this Big O branch (now they are Tire Pros) we are no longer able to use them. The quality of service is appallingly bad- twice they have put my family in danger because of stupid mistakes like not tightening lug nuts- our wheel nearly nearly came of on the highway! When I told the manager- a guy named Mayflower- that I wanted my $40 back, he became verbally abusive!! 22 years Ive been giving them my business, thousands upon thousands of dollars and this is how they treat me over a lousy $40?? Avoid them like the plague! Everybody who used to work there when it was Big O has quit, replaced with what appears to be a lot of ex-cons who know more about shivs than tires. I am sad for the owner, Ive known him a long time- something must have made him just not care anymore. Luckily, there is a great new auto place in town, owned by someone who used to work at Big O. They are terrific! They will remain nameless, but they are a wonderful enterprise!

I went to this place to have my rotors turned.they got them turned but failed to place 1 of 2 bolts in that holds my brake caliper in place.I was driving a week later and noticed my brakes making a rubbing noise.well I turned home to see what the problem was and found that bolt missing.they sent a tow truck to pick the car up and they fixed it for me.just glad nothing serious happened.hope this helps.I had suggested they fire who ever it was that failed to place that bolt in.this could have been LIFE threatening.these people have are lives in there hands. they would have got a better score from me if they had taken action with their insubordinate employee.

After driving an hour and a half to get a slow leak in my wifes tire fixed because sbe starts work at 4am and doesnt get done till 6pm or later. I took the car to Tire Pro to have the tire fixed and they didso I thought. Next morning my wife comes out to a flat tire so I drove back down and took the tire to another tire shop because Tire Pro was closed. They foundthe patch that Tire Pro put on missed the hole just caught the edge of the patch. When I went to talk to Tire Pro about it all they would do is argue how that cant happen. But the other tire shope took their patch off and put a new one on and the tire is fine now. Will never go there again!

I have got 2 sets of tires from these guys and prices & service was always great. When I walk through the door I get service in under 5 minutes, Ive also never observed anyone else waiting for too long before being served. In addition to tire installation these guys will do a free air pressure check on all tires purchased there. The other day I had one tire running low, I got there just in time as the tire was deflating. I had my tire checked & fixed in under 45 minutes. What more they didnt charge me a dime for the repair. I really appreciate how well this business is run and wouldnt hesitate to come again and to recommend it to anyone.

I called and asked for an estimate on a tire rotation and oil change. Was told price of oil change and when I asked if I could bring in my own oil the guy Scotts attitude immediately changes and told me it wouldnt be cheaper. Told him I could get my synthetic oil for 25$ and he got angry and said "well I guess you could do that but labor is 20$" and hung up on me. Definitely will not be coming here. 1 star because I never even made it out my door before getting a bad impression.

These guys are great. I came in with my car making a weird sound and couldnt tell what it was. They started me with an inspection fee and put it towards the service to get it repaired which was awesome. They were very thorough and super courteous of me and my financial situation. They did everything they could to make sure I was back on the road, safe and sound. #peechomp

When I stopped by to have my car checked out I was greated by kind faces and knew my car was in good hands. My car was done in a timely manner and I left knowing the problem was resolved- unlike other places where they fix one problem and suddenly another appears. I had no problems after my visit and would like to thank Steve for his quality work.
