These guys are friendly, courteous and professional. Their shop is well-organized, clean and conveniently located. I once took my truck (which now has 180K miles) to Northbay with a request for new shocks/tires. Don advised me that my shocks were fine and I could reasonably get another 9 months from my tires before safety/performance was a concern. Thats the type of guys they are: building long-term customers instead of trying to make a quick buck!

Honest, informative, fast. Its great to have a neighborhood auto repair shop you can rely on. My husband and I are regulars for basic service, repairs, tires, batteries, and occasionally we just stop by for a safety check or a question. Theyll take time to check it out and tell you what you need to know. Whether its bad news or good news, you can believe them and get a fair deal.

These guys are helpful, honest and all around GREAT. Not only did they fine tune breaks, that they replaced 2 YEARS AGO!!! They were honest about a slight wobble in my steering column, and that it wasnt worth the money to address. They could have gotten me to spend money (I know nothing about cars and want to keep my kids safe), but were honest!

I returned to North Bay Auto after a couple of years of going elsewhere, having left for no specific reason except thinking maybe the dealer would know more about my vehicle than an independent. WRONG! Glad to be back, as its very nice to actually see the person who handles the details (Don) know who I am and the history of my repairs.

Car broke down in a.m., had AAA tow it to NBA. Don, was friendly and understanding. Got back to me with price quickly, repaired car quickly, didnt try to sell more repairs, and price was what he said it would be. Will go back.
