I dont know what the other reviewer is smoking but I use these guys for everything to do with my VW Jetta. This is a small, honest, local, family owned business that goes the extra mile for their customers. They are more than fair and have done things like given me a loaner during the service and towed me late at night when my car broke down. Please disregard this other guy as he is slandering a good business!

man idk whats going on there but they told me " we r going to look at it in 15 min ill call u back" called back and hr and a half later got the same answer and called back the next day at noon still hadnt even put it on the lift even to diagnose it. do what you want but i will not be a repeat customer

Great place ! Fair honest and informative. Only shop Ive ever brought a car to where I did not feel like I was being ripped off or being taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I def recommend Petaluma auto works!
