I called this morning 1/23/17. I wanted to get new A/T tires on my suv today. I talked to Denise and told her exactly what I wanted. I explained my friend had just bought the brand I wanted, gave her the make, model and year of my vehicle. She told me "We have over 800 tires in stock. I am sure we have tires for your vehicle. "She did not take the time to check her stock. When I left my house it was snowing. I drove 16 miles to the tire store only to be told they had no A/T tires for my vehicle but they could order them. All she had to do was take time to check when I called. Very Disappointed

Thank god Big O is back!! These folks were part of the original Big O team back at the old location. Weve known Denise and Pete Loustalot for at least 20 years. We have everything done with them and have always had great service with a smile! Everything has always been as estimated, pricing has always been fair and the work is done quick and clean with a fresh carnation (get it?) and a nice bottle of water waiting on the seat! Anyone saying anything bad about these folks is itching for a fight! Enterprise Towing is great too! AAA!

I was informed of everything up front. I waited for my oil change with coffee and reading materials. When my car was done, I was told of all the items that were checked and okay. The price was a great price in comparison to what I have paid with other service centers. When I got into my car, there was a flower and a new trash bag with a thank you! I feel very well taken care of, and the price was great!

Honest, fast tire service. I went in to get a flat tire fixed on my 2014 Toyota Prius V. I was expecting to have to buy a new tire, but the tech inspected my flat, spotted a nail (!) in it, and offered to repair it for just $15 (installed), way less than the cost of a new tire. The staff were pleasant and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. The repair took just 30 minutes.

I was on my way home from work got a flat tire. Turned around drove in to Big o tire. Brett and Jim were so helpful and nice they had my tire fixed in 10 minutes and I was on the road again. The best customer service I have ever had. Going back Friday for 4 brand new tires. Thank you Denise for everything. Your the best.

Check engine light came on.. Big O checked it, gas cap issue....No charge. I buy my tires here, and highly recommend this place for all vehicle issues...Love the guys who run the place. Straight forward and honest, something hard to find in Clearlake.
