Having a pretty good experience so far, the manager was cool and didnt give me a hard time with the membership sign-up (I didnt feel like i was dealing with a car salesman). I took advantage of my personal training session with leilani, and it was great; she really seemed to know her stuff. Very savvy saleswoman, but if it was in my budget i would hire her without question. I dont feel awkward since everyone is just focused on doing their own thing. I stay out of the locker room and the water, so not much to say about all that. I like that i can usually snag an empty racquetball court to do some handstands, squats etc. with all those machines theres hardly any floor space. Couple things i dont care for, its always crowded (eh oh well) and it seems sort of grimy; almost no one brings towels or cleans up after themselves. (I think some gloves would solve that issue though.) I feel that i cant ask the staff for help, Im worried they will pressure me to hire a trainer. Overall Im glad i got a membership.

Very friendly staff, I received my first day free the manager "hooked it up" I will most likely be returning. However there are a few discrepancies. The first thing I noticed soon arriving is that all 3 clerks at the front desk were on the phone when I came in so I had to wait a few minutes. I would suggest when getting an influx of calls to designate at least one of these clerks to remain available and politely ask callers when there are many to hold. The amount of available work out space is very limited there really isnt much room to lift with out constantly having to interupt someones work out or have them interupt you. There were so many people crowded into this gym that there were no easy transitions from one machine/weights to another. I would suggest maybe introducing a person limit for the ground floor.

This is the worst gym ever. The sales manager Antonio B. is very unprofessional we went to sign up for a membership and we paid 170 for it well the next day we went to cancel the membership because we found a cheaper gym close to are house. The guy Antonio said ok the account is canceled and said the money will be on my bank card in a few day well a week from the day we canceled I still never got my money from the gym. So I go in a see what happened with my money back in my bank account the the guy Antonio oh dont worry it will be there soon dont worry so I didnt trip until when I got a email saying my account was cancelled the day he said dont worry.. I mean I am glad I am not poor but still $170 is still my money....

I want to thank Juanita, the lady custodian, for promptly turning in my cell phone which I had left at one of the treadmills. I was worried because anyone could have picked it up and taken it home. But she promptly turned it in to the front desk less than 10 minutes of my reporting it lost. Thanks to the front desk staff for holding onto my phone till I could pick it up afterwards. In some businesses the front desk and custodial staff dont get the recognition they deserve. I hope this is not the case at this gym. Again, thanks to Juanita and all staff who help make working out there a pleasant experience!! I hope they all get their raises in a timely manner.

Not everyone in this Facility is extremely rude, but I want to warn people about this guy that did my membership...His name is drue/drew however you spell it. He was extremely rude, and never explained the benefits of his facility, nor did he ever smile or say thanks or anything. he just acted like he was too good for anything. He never returned my calls when I had questions but he would call 10 times in a row when it came to a payment. he is horrible and should have never been given a job in customer service. I do have someone to recomend there, if you need a nice down to earth guy who says the truth, look for John Davis.

This Gym has had its problems in the past, just like all gyms. But its been renovated, theres new staff, and a lot of really cool people work out there. Theres always going to be your typical teenagers and muscle heads there but if you find a time that works for you then its awesome! Its under new management as well. Just remember a lot of the people who approach you about personal training arent trying to be rude its their job. They make a little bit of commission off each session you sign up for which is why they may be forward. They need to make a living too!

I appreciate the new team of employees they are really trying to make a difference, Ive noticed that they make the rounds picking up and racking weights (although they shouldnt have to but thats another topic ) There is room for improvement as far as floor space is concerned. I would prefer to see a few less pieces of equipment and more floor space, another option would be to use one of the racquetball courts as a training area (people do it now and bang up the floor ) just add a rubber floor and mirror a couple of the walls. Overall its still a good solid gym.

I went there as usual to do cardiovascular. I went to the urinal to use the bathroom and a couple of Mexican fellas starting staring at my member and giggling and calling me a, "middle-aged freak" and laughing at my penis. I immediately went to the manager. He was a little Mexican fella named Ray. Ray went in there and told those kids that it was not polite to make fun of people and I was just thrilled with how Ray handled it. Later, Ray told me in confidence that, he too, understood what it was like to be "afflicted" with that little problem. Thanks Ray.

Worst management EVER.. they are only interested in your money and ripping you off. Their system of first and last weeks/months pay is only so they can screw you over. About the actual clubs: - their sign in system comes from the stone age - their customer reps DO NOT KNOW what they are talking about and are not familiar with club rules/laws LOUSY... LOUSY... is all I can say!!

This club is basically very clean and up to date. I had one issue yesterday. The pool floor was being scrubbed with toxic fumes and no ventelation or notification to incoming clients that pool was under maintenance and to use at your own risk. Had I known, I would have changed my plans. Instead I suffered the harsh fumes and bad smell. Why was there no sign posted? ?

Not a fan... These places are all about the money. Theyll annoy the crap out of you with personal trainer upsales. Fees are high, and this particular location is over crowded... Its packed with kids from two different nearby schools. They work out in groups, so machines are held up for a lot longer time frames. Save the money and buy a home gym

I went in as a silversneaker member ( which they said they,ll except ) now they are charging my account. At the introduction I was badgered to take a personal trainer, to the extend that I never went back to train. When I wanted my money back they could not remember anything about silversneaker. they don,t deserve 1 star even
