I was set up for the 10 dollar a month fee and ended up being charged 20 For stuff I would never use! When I made my complaint they told me well you signed a contract that instated that the customer must come in on opening day to reclaim the 10 dollar fee. Spencer never showed me that before or after being a member. Then after I was outraged I changed it to the 10 dollar a month fee thinking okay I will give crunch another chance then one of the front desk employes told me I must pay one more month of 20 before I can start the $10! Once again infuriating but I continued thinking it was way better than paying 25 at 24 hour fitness, I had it that low because of my loyalty which they call royalty. To get back on point I was then charged 29.99 thinking maybe it was initiation so I once again went in to complain because when I signed up I was told first month free including UFC access for 2 weeks, did not happen! I was told no initiation and no hidden fees, didnt happen. So when I said "I think you guys made a mistake I was charged 29.99 after I payed my monthly fee already" he proceeded to say that is a yearly fee to keep the upkeep of the gym! That was the final straw, I told him I have not been a member for a year yet, he then said "well they must of took it out early" he said it so nonchalantly it really pissed me off. I would advise against this gym if I still lived in Rancho I would recommend going to 24 hour fitness on foothill. I am not a supporter of 24 hour either because I got ripped off at the long beach facility recently . I am now a La fitness member which Im not a big fan of either just got a good deal.

this is a very poor business. he came into my work where I was super busy. Told me back in october to try for one month for only $1 and I was so busy that I said yes. then he brought out this contract had me sign it and charge my credit card $1. Said he will notify me when the club open in january february some time. as time go by I was extremely busy with my finals at the university and my job I totally forgotten about this crunch due to I do have one member ship to a different club I like. 3 months laters I received a bill for $58.97 . No phone calls was done to let me know the club was even open. i called the manager mr. Spencer Rich explain to him that I never even new they was open so it was very unfair for me to received a bill in the mail. He said you sign the contract and you are an adult. I feel all he care about is making money by being dishonest. 1: He never call to let me know they open up. 2: He said it was only 1 dollar when he knew I had no time to read a detail contract so I found this manager very shady. I called the laverne office and he sounded so much nicer. I am very disappointed in Rancho Cucamonga crunch. This is not the wright way to run a business. what else are you going to cheat on your customer.???

I like this location. Not only is it cheap but its hardly ever packed compared to 24 hour. The only thing is the employees here. yeah theyre helpful and what not, But tonight when I went with my friend. We were doing the ropes. When she was doing the ropes I happened to look over and 4 employees were mocking what she was doing and laughing. It really bothered me, because not only is it hard enough to grow a pair and come to gym its hard trying not to let youre very low self confidence get in the way. But seeing that really hurt me. Cause the only days that I actually get to go is when I have training. The train that I have is so nice, hes very patient and he guides you & motivates you. After tonight I got discourage into coming to gym at all and to train. I try not to let it get to me but its just at the back of my mind.

I was specifically told that since I signed up 5 months before they were to open that I was on a month to month no contract. I then come to find out a month ago that they did put me into a 1 year contract when that was NEVER the agreement. Very frustrating AND dishonest! Then i made a payment with my cc linked to my savings and very specifically asked for the card to NOT be kept on file. I then found that 2 months in a row they used that card for the monthly payments when I very clearly said I did not want it kept on file or used again. I have called 3 times and left a message for a manager to call me and have still not heard back. Obviously I now have to go in person to deal with the issue.

If i could rate it no stars i would. I cant wait to cancel my membership with them all they do is over charge you and take your money and make up some bullshit excuse as to why it was taken. First there is an error and than all of a sudden some random miscellaneous fee that they randomly came up with. They lie to your face and then when you confront them they say oh well here is a free training session it was only $60 so no big deal. So I cant wait to give them a piece of my mind since they have no common courtesy or manners. Learn how to be professional and when you mess up rectify the situation. Then you will have happy customers and better ratings. Learn something or dont open a business.

Great gym for weightlifting, if thats what youre into. You can squat, bench and deadlift here, which is becoming rarer among gyms. You can do whatever you need to do in terms of equipment here. Location is clean, and compared to the other gyms Ive been to (Planet Fitness, LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness), its a lot less crowded, even during peak hours. I think the attached UFC Gym scares people away thinking Crunch is a specialized or MMA gym. My only complaint would be the hours and contracts, but those are both pretty standard for most modern gyms, the pricing is super fair, just wait for a special signup event.

I signer up for Crunch in july and at first I liked it. Then when I asked them to put my membership on hold, they said we will take care of it but didnt. They charged me $58 dollars while my membership is suppose to be frozen which is illegal. When I complained to mr. Spencer rich, he just said what do you want me to do about it, thats not my problem you signed a contract. I have been trying to get in touch with corporate but they dont even call you back. This place is filled and run by criminals who just want money, they dont care if people go broke.

David Gonzalez is a standup guy. I came in with steamed pouring out of my ears because I was so mad about my experience with Crunch San Dimas. I wanted to cancel my account and burn every Crunch franchise to the ground after my experience at the other location. David listened to my concerns, fixed all my problems, and now I am happily a member of Crunch Rancho. Clean facility. Good location. Not grossly crowded.
