Ive been to elsinore, temecula, Murrieta, corona, and this location in Norco. This location is my favorite. Its definitely the most crowded out of all of the locations Ive listed, and thats probably because word got out that its better than its neighboring location off Ontario (right off the 15fwy). One reallly nice thing about this location is that it actually has a steam room, not a dry suana, but a wet steam room. Nothing is better after a hard workout... spend just 15 minutes in there and youve dumped almost all of your water weight. Great for detoxing after a rough weekend! lol. Staff is cool, relatively cleaner compared to the other locations... the two top LA fitness out of the ones I listed are by far 1. Norco, and 2. Murrieta (off california oaks) ... I live in canyon lake and commute to corona, so this is my weekday gym, and the murrieta location is my weekend gym. Highly recommend it. It may have been under different management a year ago, but currently its pretty awesome.

Been a member for a few month now and not happy. I usually work out at 8-9pm. Even that late, its really hot in there, way hotter than outside. I usually begin sweating the moment I enter the building. And there is a constant problem with equipment. There just arent enough dumbbells, ever. My workout: Wait for a bench. Once a bench is free, wait for dumbbells. And then I basically built my workout around the available weights. Besides that, it upset me that they initially tried to get a much higher rate out of me that I pay now. They started really high and gave me better offers to make me sign the same day. If I would have signed up using their website, I would have gotten the rate I have now without all the hassle. So Im pretty sure some people there pay twice as much as I do and I almost would have too. I will look for a better alternative soon and happily pay more money - I dont even want to know how hot it gets in August or September.

I notice that most LA Fitness locations if not all of those i have read reviews on, have more bad than good reports from there guests. I live near the Arcadia LA Fitness and i can tell you this Norco location is so much better. I am disappointed my brand new 130$ pair of Nikes i had for 2 weeks were left behind and never found or kept by the gym. Its also disappointing that the sauna wasnt working for a while and that they dont have enough weight clips for the weight bars. However they have excellent customer service with the morning staff and they have good cleaning habits. The showers have all the towel racks (unlike Arcadia) and they dont have mold, ever! (Also unlike Arcadia) I never read the reviews before me here but whatever your complaints, this gym isnt too bad.

Only been here for a little bit. Here are my observations so far. -Around 5:30 gets crowded but not too bad -Cardio machines are always open -Locker rooms are clean -Steam room could use some cleaning, find a lot of paper towels in there -Sauna is clean and very relaxing after a work out -Its hard to find any wipes to wipe off equipment anywhere in the gym so make sure to wear gloves/bring a towel/wash your hands. -Staff is friendly and willing to help -Classes are very hard to fit in if you work regular 9:00-5:00 job and there is no Kickboxing. Earliest one is at 8:30 so if youre a morning person there are really no classes for you. -Gym hours themselves are fair -Lots of extra perks Overall good gym.

This place smells like my arm pits after cleaning the county sewers. Worst management EVER.. they are only interested in your money and ripping you off. Their system of first and last weeks/months pay is only so they can screw you over. Ineffective log-in/sign-in process, rude employees at the check-in counter. The management walks with their heads held high like their poo poo smells like roses. The only thing that we enjoyed about this gym was the Thursday pilates class because the instructor (Rosa) was awesome. DO NOT JOIN THIS MEMBERSHIP! The previous reviews are dead on with the exception of their staff boasting about this place with their 5th grade English skills.

Worst gym ive ever been to. From top to bottom,the management, sales, personal trainers and greeters behind the desk are the worst staff one could assemble. Personal trainers seem to be there to hit on any girl in sight, sales team is running a different deal depending on which member you have the unpleasant privilege of dealing with, and those who check you in look at you as if handing them your key card is in some way an inconvenience to them. Equipment is garbage, no wipes to clean after you are done, nor does anyone using them bother. There seems to be a different charge for every "extra" amenity they offer. Dont waste your time at this gym.

Everything at this gym sucks. Its always ridiculously hot in there. The other gym goers are stupid and no one knows how to put weights back and the staff doesnt care enough to do it. They were out of paper towels for like 3 days and because of how hot it is, people sweat all over the equipment. And if they do wipe it down then they leave the paper towels laying around. The whole point of LA fitness is to be nicer than 24hr fitness but this location is as bad as the worst 24 Ive been to. There is only one staff member that Ive seen actually try to make the place look nicer but obviously it takes more then one guy.

Their manager is awful. A complete jerk. Took An extra 30 bucks from me and overdraft my account. They wouldnt admit it and told me I owed them the money. At one point I was talking to him and to get out of dealing with the problem and me, he picked up the phone and pretended to answer it. He then completely ignored. If it werent for laws, Id still be waxing the floor with his face. Nobody ever deserves the treatment I got. I could go on for days about this location and its lack of honesty, customer service, and class. Some people know how to run a good business and this staff does not.

Old equipment. Everything is always broken. It usually takes months before things get fixed. Ive come to the gym for over 10 years and always worked out in the stretching room and they decided to change that room into a personal training room. They dont allow regular gym members in there anymore unless you or with a trainer. Its ridiculous that they have this whole room just for personal training when they hardly have anyone to train. The trainers dont even look like they work out. The only reason why I come here is because its the closest one to my house. Or else I would leave.

The operations manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and unfriendly. I called to ask a question about my account on hold and they transferred me to her. I then told her my question and she very rudely told me I dont deal with new people I deal with our existing customers. I explained to her that I am an existing customer. She then called me sweetie (in a sarcastic tone) and said I can talk to a salesperson because she doesnt answer questions. What a joke she is. I cant believe they dont have anyone better than her to pick from to be a manager.
