FIX THE CLOCK!!!!! CMON WHERE IS THE OWNERS PRIDE? OBVIOUSLY ThIS JUST A CASH COW FOR THEM. ITS BEEN OFF FOR MONTHS AND ITS MOUNTED MAIN AND CENTER! The only thing good about this place is the price. Otherwise this has to be one of the most disgusting gyms Ive been to full of broken equipment. Planet Fitness you have someone that comes in just to clean at 6am everyday. A lady that looks like she cleans houses for a living. Why dont you hire a professional cleaning service. Your facility also needs to be cleaned more than once a day. Its a 24 hour gym and by 9pm the soap is always out, lockers rooms and stalls are always full of trash all over the place and the showers are filthy. You only have 8 cycles and 7 of them have broken straps that have been broken for months. Are you guys going to fix that? Planet Fitness you should be ashamed of yourself. Just because the area is poverty stricken doesnt mean you have to operate a dirty low class operation.

I came in to downgrade my account three months ago and talked to an employee inside. However for the past three months planet fitness in Fontana, has been continuously charging me. (Or stealing). Ive called about 10 times over the past week and the pathetic excuse of a"manager" Jocelyn, never seems to be around. Ive even left voicemails detailing the nature of my issue but I havent heard a word from these clowns. Theyre probably too high to respond since theyre always getting high in the parking lot. Thats fine, like I said in the voicemail I left today. I will contact coorperate tomorrow and I am filling a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Thanks for being absolutely no help at all. Ease off the pot, learn how to "manage" and train your employees so it doesnt cost your members money. Seriously the way you dodged me was pathetic, no wonder you guys work at "planet fitness" and not a 24 hour fitness. Sincerely, A Victim of Theft.

Not a fan of this property. Visiting here from Oceanside San diego, CA on vacation and thought Id get a work out in since I felt guilty about eating some unhealthy choices the other day, every single person I saw in this gym did NOT wipe down their stations, lots of weights being dropped and i felt like everyone starred in judgment :( Service was really good though they are all really nice but they need to stock up their spray and paper towels more often, I was here 2 hours and the same wipe station wasnt restocked the whole time being there, also those massage chairs are absolutely horrible and broken down, they actually hurt my back more than helped it, they need new ones and fast, thats one of the main reasons I have my blackcard! And there is a huge ant problem on the ground right next the hydro tables...discusting.

2/28/17 Came to the gym today and can you believe they have no soap? So I excercised for about an hour and checked again, still no soap. Front end staff looking confused stating they need to order some. Planet Fitness you need to stock up on soap, the gym is already a bacteria infested place and you do not need to add to that by not having the mandatory sanitary supplies. I am very displeased at the moment. Just last week all the bottles to spray down the equipment were empty and upon asking the girl she said she would get to it. Come on Planet Fitness please tell your staff to make sure they stay up on that instead of congregating and socializing. Lastly, you need to repair the benches in the back, the material is all cracked. Please yend to these issues and I change my survey. Thank you.! !

I had never been to Planet Fitness before, I had heard many negative things, so i decided to give a shot. I called ahead to know the prices before i went in. I spoke to a guy named Jason that explained everything well to me, and he told me to come in and get a tour. I went in and got a tour from Jason, and he helped me out and explained everything again. He was very helpful, i didnt feel pressured or rushed. I didnt like the fact that tey bill through checking account but whatever, its cheap and worth it. I didnt know how to get my account number, nut Jason was able to help me get that and sign up, and then later on sign up my wife. I gave Planet fitness four stars because i dont like the billing method, but other than that, very clean, lots of treadmills and very helpful staff

Tried to get help with a gym membership transfer, went in to the store was told to go home and do it online. I asked if they could help me in store since I was already there and front counter girl said no even though she had two free computers behind her. Went home, attempted to do it, and it told me that since my brother was under 18 ( HES THE ONE WHO NEEDS THE TRANSFER), I had to go in store to get the transfer. Called the gym to ask for help and again I was told they couldnt help. Previously my brother and mother have tried for several months to transfer his account since moving here from Texas. They had us running in circles. I called the San bernardino mt vernon location and they very easily gave me what I needed. Such a waste of time and gas.

El precio es muy accesible y abre 24 hrs. Solo que deverian poner mas maquinas de levantamiento de peso por que su mayor cantidad de maquinas son para correr, bicicleta o escaladora. Por favor planet fitness agreguen mas maquinas para hacer fuerza

I am just starting to get back in shape so right now I mostly use the weight machines and treadmills. But there is very little room for the free weights and on busy days it can get crowded with people waiting for them. They also have what they call a Lunk Alarm... Not sure if the staff sets it off or if it is sound sensitive, but it is basically an air raid siren attached to a light to warn the "lunks" if the are being to "lunkish"? it is distracting and thankfully does not go off often.

I recently got my membership here and I was happy with the customer service but then I go back the next day and it was different personal. They are extremely rude I have to wait forever to get into the black card area or I get completely ignored by them. Their not doing anything but being on their phones not paying attention their only nice when your starting your membership.

The employees are rude and talk to you as if you are a complete idiot. The manager couldnt be any help either. I went to cancel my account after it being transferred because they couldnt do it because i wasnt a member at their facility so I was charged, not issued a refund and I felt like they didnt even want to help me because of the way they were talking to me.
