hi dear 24 gym since you do not response to us paying members first off this is a awesome gym great design low on machines because of a lot of members.. MOSTLY GREATSERVICE STAFF!! WHEN A MANAGER IS PRESENT!! you have bilingual service bilingual television ..but all your signs are in ENGLISH !!!! WHEREARE THE PROPPER SIGNS IN SPANISH !!DONT JUST TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND RUN THIS LIKE A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY GYM AND BATHOUSE NASTY DIRTY FILTHY !! IN PRIME GYM TIMES NONE TO SERVICE THE GYM A SCELETON CREW after 8 pm when u send your cleaning crew home this place looks like a 3rd world country bathhouse people go into the sauna or jacuzzy with full clohing and even shower wih theyr gymclothes afterwards drying them in the sauna wich they use and go back to the machines outside in the gym complete swetty !! no soap or shampoo in dispenser so u gotta go from shower to shower for full ones dodging gawking gay guys in showers... wich advertise on craigslist for sex afterhours !!! when u call 24 costumerservice u end up in a 3rd world country phone system for service after waiting 10 mins on the phone ...sorry but this CONDITION was not part of THE ADVERTISEMENT WHEN ALL OF US SIGNED UP !!!

Absolutely a top notch gym. Super-Sport Club. The facility is spacious, modern, and well planned out. A wide variety of new equipment provides more options than most gyms. From the usual weight training, to specialized cross-fit equipment, and topped off with the latest and greatest cardio equipment, this gym has everything you could need. Duplicates of almost every machine help minimise waiting even during peak times. The amenities include racquet ball courts, full size basket ball courts, group classes, spin room, two 25 meter 3 lane pools, steam room, sauna, hot tub, and towel service. From the gym floor, to the wet areas and even the locker room in between, you are sure to be impressed by this beautiful facility. The facility is clean and very well maintained. With few exceptions the staff is friendly and eager to please. The only negative you will find is that this gym is plagued with a constant game of dumbbell and plate hide and seek. Regardless of the time of day, reracking and general weight floor organization seems to be a constant issue. Even with that said, this gym is an A+ and I highly recommend visiting.

The night staff that works will like 6 am is awesome and very helpful always smiling and greet you. The morning staff for example Paula are super rude. My self and many people from the local hospital work out here in the morning and she told us with an attitude no towels and said we could wait for 2 hours. No sorry , nothing. I took a few small towels and she mumbles something when I walked away. She always looks unhappy and never greets woman. They should put some of the younger more pleasant staff or someone that actually wants to work here in the front. The showers at times have the same hair balls from the beginning of the week. Pools are cleans and gym is pretty clean otherwise. Love the equipment.

Open 24 hours, Towels provided, private showers, lockers with built in combination locks, yoga classes, baseless classes, steam room, 2 pools, sauna, Whirlpool, stretching area, needs more classes like pilates and more yoga and core classes. Theres a lot of high intensity classes and not enough slow core centered classes. Needs more classes throughout the day, not just at rush hours.

I use the wet side of the house..foreign members get in pool and jacuzzi without showering..just come out their clothes, shoes and get in pool and jacuzzi.. to many dont read signs and not wear correct wet clothing.. allow snickers in sauna and steam room...correct clothing should be worn...area not monitored enough...

the staff is not friendly. the facilities are dirty more often than not. also, they never have spray bottles and paper towels to clean the machines. the worst part is that they do not enforce clearly marked club policies. I wouldnt go if there was another gym close to my house.

Decent Gym for the price, but NONE of the headphone jacks work in the cardio section. Most big screens set to 24 Hour Fitness channel, anyway. I liked the gym when it first opened because I was able to distract myself with the TV, but now that it doesnt work, Im disappointed.

This gym is the biggest supersport location in California when it comes to 24 hour fitness. Great friendly customer service and the best equipment. This location has 2 pools and many other amenities, like towel service, racquetball and group exercise classes

This gym is full of creeps. Cannot go there without my wife getting harassed. And to top is off, its by far the most packed gym Ive ever been to. Maybe thats why it smells horrible. Definitely would not recommend. Never again am I coming back.

I know this 24 is brand new compared to others, but the restrooms and showers are so dirty. There are towels everywhere. The equipment also looks really worn. Its really busy here, so try to find the hours that are not as crowded.

Big gym that can get very over crowded. I go really late or really early and avoid the crowds. Solid basketball courts. Racquetball rooms are fun. For some reason you will never find a pair of 2.5lbs weights for bench/squat.

The things people complain about.... this is a gym! Quit complaining about someone not smiling and high fiving as you walk thru the door. If u need a towel take a towel... its that simple. If you dont like it dont go there.

You pay for the whole gym and the group room is off limits even when there are none in session. The weights smell like dead animals, and are never where theyre supposed to be. And one of the entrance keypads is broken.

Its clean, cute people, local pervs, hand sanitizers and weights all over the place sounds fantastic, this is at every gym -_- at least its clean and the people that work there keep it clean unlike the summit one.

Its a good gym. I go late around midnight. There are a lot of towels sometimes so Im not sure if someone is using a machine or if theyre just heres who dont pick up after themselves. Thats my only complaint.

I love this place of all places I know this is the best of all modern machines, the space is large has a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam, 2 pools warm, fresh water always monitoring the water

This location has 2 pools, various treadmills, bicycle room, lockers, turf, 1 full sized basketball court (plus a half court), a group training room, and the usual weight lifting machines

This was a very nice gym. Wasnt that packed when i went here. The individual shower rooms were nice too. Pleasant experience at this location.
