Thought about canceling my membership with LA Fitness to find a Gym that better suited my schedule. Went in to use my 3 Day Free Pass and had the worst experience. Let me rephrase that.....I didnt even get to use my 3 Day Free Pass. Walked in at night, said they couldnt give me a free pass. Checked my email, nowhere on it was that listed. Also I waited at the counter for 10 minutes for a staff member to help me. One more thing the staff at this Gym dont look like their fitness experts, the guy who helped me looked like he ate fast food everyday then some. Il happily stay with LA Fitness.

This gym is really outside of Riverside. It serves northwestern Riverside county well. Its the classic neighborhood gym. The equipment isnt shiny-new, but it works and the trainers are really helpful. Its only crowded a few times a day and weekends arent busy at all. The staff remembered me after a few visits, something that doesnt happen at the larger gyms in the area. A wide selection of members from jocks from the local schools to retired folks in walkers come in throughout the day. A small, conveinent place to come in after work and workout.

My go-to gym location. Fwy access and parking outstanding. Gym is big, clean. Only suggestion would be to make the wall between the basketball court and weight area a giant window, instead of a wall, which would take the indoor space up about 20 notches. Really well ran gym, as Ive been to many other 24s to compare it to. Not a location for racquetball fans, since there is only one court. Up to date workout area with an artificial turf area for multiple workout options. Sometimes crowded because the place rocks. Sauna also great! Upstairs has lots of space!

The newest super sport in the IE, not quite as elaborate as the north fontana facility but awesome none the less. The layout is nice, reminds me of a slightly larger scale version of the new la fitness facilities but with towel service. Dumbells up to 120lbs for all you buff guys and a trx machine which seems to be standard at the new supersports. Most of the pieces of cardio equipment have individual tvs on them and they even have some light kettle bells. The filtered water bottle refill stations are a cool new addition to the new supersports as well.

I would like to commend this center for the best customer service experience. Thank you for the manager Mr. Edson for giving me and my wife true (TCS) total customer satisfaction service. Im a returning customer and i felt their sincerety and please ex members this is the best time to come back because they waived the initiation fees and start working out again with 24 hrs fitness. Thank you guys and we appreciate all your services.

This is not bad, but I have to question 24 hour fitness for poor strategy in the Riverside area. Since 2003 LA Fitness now has four locations. All of these gyms are highly superior to 24 Hour Fitness: better equipment, real showers, swimming pool. The only nice 24 Hour Fitness gyms are in Corona, and Rancho. This is sad. 24 Hour will sorely regret not trying to move in to Riverside sooner..dummies.

I go late nights and ithe facility is usually clean or being cleaned. The pool and whirlpool water is clear. Weights are in order and towel service is on point. The Staff is friendly and helpful. Ive visited other 24 hour fitness gyms in the area and was horrified at the uncleanliness and stench and literally could not complete my workout. I say "thank you" to this particular facility.

I live walking distance from this 24 which is why I give two stars. One star because its ALWAYS packed. Its extremely small for it being a super sport and its so expensive. So I downgraded and I go to a neighboring 24. Its a bit of a drive but Id rather do that than come here.

It can get pretty packed but I I always go really late or really early. The fact that it is 24 hours is perfect for me. They can close the sauna way to early at times. Overall solid gym with a great rack set up for squats, deads, and olympic style lifts.

The problen on this gym its the men showers at night. Theres a group of gays taking pictures or just sitting on the benches eating chocolats and chatting. Really disturbing walk out of showers between 7 to 10 p.m.

I like this gym but it is way too cold in the morning. Its 50 degrees outside and they have the a/c pumping. Cant keep warmed up. Just started at UFC gym and the temparture is much better. I may stay here.

This is a super sport not a sport. Dont drive here. Also 24 customer service sucks. All the 24 hour reps lie about passes and fees. I go to multiple locations and they all say different things

Clean and quiet. I love the fact that they have two floors. I didnt have to wait to use the squat rack or any machines. My go to gym while Im in the Inland Empire.

Its a gym. Its has weights. It get busy. All normal. Staff is friendly. Kids Club staff is best I have experienced. And I have been to a lot of 24 hours.

Gym itself is nice. They tend to have a high employee turnaround. So dont expect to have the same trainer for long.
