Its fast paced which keeps me engaged. I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor, so its nice to get a good workout and not have to think about it for a change. The conditioning you get is great. I love the heart rate monitoring. It makes it like friendly competition. For someone like me who has a very competitive spirit its awesome. The staff is great about welcoming you, and the coaches are great. This studio in particular is spotless. Thanks Orangetheory Corona
