Ive been looking for a gym to go to after Im done with my undergraduate program. I found 24 Hour Fitness will best suit my needs. There are 4 different levels of clubs that they have, with only 1 Ultra Sport (highest level) in California and this Ontario location being a Super Sport location. I wasnt planning on having a Super Sport membership, but after going to this location on a guest pass, I had to insist myself on getting a membership here. The location is extremely clean, with a lot of equipment that is new and well maintained. There are a lot of free weights for members to use and a very nice pool that is much better than all of the other 24 Hour Fitness locations around the area. Their locker rooms are clean (at least the mens side). They have closed showers as opposed to the open showers found at the Sport 24 Hour Fitness locations. One nice thing is that they have towel service, so you dont have to bring a towel with you. Im always a bit wary about using gym towels as if they do not wash them at a high enough temperature, bacteria can spread and infect members. However, Ive found that theyre towels always look clean and are free of any stains or debris. Even though its out of my way, I do enjoy going to this location.

Ive been having issues with my maps because ALOT of spam and malware and falty directions due to people inserting malicious code for their own gain. I dont have issues with 24hr fitness. Im sure they are great. HOWEVER WITH PEOPLE THAT USE MAPS AND ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH CODING AND WHAT OPEN IS......THEY CAN BE CAUGHT UP IN THIS MESS AS WELL. I DID A GOOGLE SEARCH ON MY PHONE AND I WAS SPECIFIC YET I GET 1000 24 HR FITNESS PLACES ON my LIST WITHOUT ASKING FOR THAT. YES I UNDERSTAND THE MARKETING AND OPEN SOURCE HOWEVER I DONT APPRECIATE HAVING A BETA VERSION OF MAPS EVERYOTHER DAY. I ALREADY HAD VARIOUS ORIGINAL VERSIONS THAT WORKED JUST FINE. YES OPEN SOURCE!!!! I KNOW. BUT SOMEONE HAS TO LET THE PEOPLE THAT CHOOSE OR PAY FOR PRIVACY AND DONT KNOW WHAT THAT ENTILTLES. NOT FAIR TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS BULLSHIT COMES FROM MALICIOUS IDIOTS!!!! AND BOUNCES AROUND PERSON TO PERSON IF THEY ARE OR HAVE AT ALL BEEN "CONNECTED"

Pretty disappointed in this gym. Few years ago we had a nice gym here and everything was well kept. These days its seems there is always broken equipment. They have raise prices yet again and there are base boards missing in the sauna for over a year now now towels are only at the front desk. There is only one scale to use which isnt even calibrated. Theyre towels all over the gym floor that dont get picked up. Its sad that 50 plus bucks a month gets me a place thats half as nice as other local gyms. I really hope 24hr corporate comes in and does makes changes to fix this or Im going to switch to a better gym.

I tried to sign up for 3 day trial, however they would not allow us because a parent signature was required even though a legal guardian was present. As a "solution" one of the "trainers", Juan (who was illiterate and could not read a map of the United States), offered a special two month membership at a cost, however this time a parent signature was magically unnecessary. This stingy, shady, excuse for a gym is completely hypocritical of itself, is only looking to take as much money from its users as possible, and does not care about the well being of its users. DO NOT use this gym.

I like this gym and its is clean and nice with good equipment I just wish people would put the weights back where they should go instead of me hunting for them... the pool should have maintenance. Other than the that the only thing wrong with the gym is the membership fee... it is way to much than it should be in this economy and the way jobs are going now. Im a student so I work part-time and this even though I can afford it it is not a good price. That is my main bad complaint about here.

I go late nights and enjoy a cleaner facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a variety of equipment to chose from and lots of space to do my individual workout. The womens locker room was clean. The pool was clear but the whirlpool water should be drained and swept. I enjoy my workout time there. Ive gone to other 24 hour facilities in the area and was shocked at the uncleanliness. I recommend this facility.

As good as it gets in 24 fitness. Well maintained equipment, never crowded. Im getting what I pay for and drive longer and further to get here. Friendly staff. Place is cleAn. Dont come here please I enjoy the space. No bad elements and worn out broken equipment here like in Glendora and chino super sport . Guess its because Ontario police depArtment is next door. My new haven from home

One of the best 24hr gym in the area i like it because has some of the best machines like bicep machine 2 hacksquat 2 legpress and has a good stretching section. The only problem is that is far from where i live. They should have more gyms like this one of the things i dont like in all 24hr gyms is hoist chest press over headpress hoist legcurl and leg extension.

The place is clean, well maintained and lucky for us who take group class exercises most trainers are excellent, Olga, Dustie, and some more whose names I cant recall at the moment. All in all the trainers in this facility are knowledgeable and motivate attendees well. I love this gym!

Its not new any more but its still great and friendly. People need to pick up after themselves, or stay home and keep their mess there. The gym could use a few more stability balls as they had before. Great gym even more when compared to the rest.

Equipment is OK. Toilets maintenance needs improvements. Today I went restroom found no toilet tissues in at least two toilets. Informed to front desk. Half an hour later, I went there again found still bo tissues.

Best 24 in the area. Most convenient layout, great pool area, and a few extra features that arent at the others. Only come every once in a while because I dont live as close as I used to, but its still my fave❤

Been to 4 gyms but this one is the best. They are super clean and everything is in great spot I love it I cant see myself going to any other gym now. I never write reviews but im just so amazed.

Just moved from LA Soon as I came to this location I cancelled my LA fitness membership and switched over I can workout and not worry about waiting on machines Theres plenty to do "JUICEMODE"

went here a few times, alot of chest machines.. went to go swimming, got dressed walked into the pool area, can someone say filthy pool, either that or the water was dirty.. never again

Its a nice facility within jogging distance from home, though I do tend to go during the middle of the night to avoid the crowds.
