Ill start by saying that this club has awesome equipment and excellent customer service. I can not deny that. However, their internal billing practices and training need some refinement. I recently moved out of the state to a location that has no clubs in the near vicinity. To make a long story short, I decided to stick with the one year contract until it is over in September, because it would have cost me more to cancel my membership. during our move out of state, I lost my bank card and had to reorder a new one. You can imagine how long that took with changing billing addresses and all with my bank. I digress. All this resulted in both my wife and I getting $10 late fees. When I called PF, I spoke to an employee who assured me that if I switched my payment method to EFT that same day, I could call in the next day and get the late fees waived. I said, "GREAT, have a nice day". The next day both payments along with late fees went through without warning. When I called to get it all straightened out, the manager (female) on duty said there was absolutely nothing they could do to get the late fees waived. Why should I have to pay for an employees blatant lie about internal billing procedures? Not only that, but when both of the payments went through, I got two seperate $30 bounce protection fees applied to my bank account. So, I am out a total of $80 thanks to this worthless so called "management team" at this Planet Fitness. I should have cancelled before I moved and saved the headache. Oh, and now I have to write a certified letter requesting to cancel my membership. Rediculous. Never again. Planet fitness, they beat everyone elses rates with 10 bucks a month for a reason. My advice, pay a little more and go with the clubs who have been around for a while.

Signed up 12 Aug 15 and went for the first time. Very clean gym. Staff was very helpful and personable. I got a great workout as I was able to follow my "under an hour" routine in complete comfort. My only hang up is that the black card sign up flyer listed "full guest privileges" and that is a bit deceiving since black card guests are not allowed access to the black card holders amenities do to waiver restrictions. I believe that is a PF thing and not the individual owners procedure. So the flyer should be amended to be clearer on black card guests privileges in my opinion. Overall the individual experience was great and my allegiance will be complete come Friday when I cancel my previous gym membership of over 10 years lol.

I really like this gym and I used to come in the early morning (4 AM). Had to start coming at night and it SUCKS! Nothing to do with the gym but the people. Tons of High School aged kiddos standing around and taking up equipment. 5 guys on the leg press machine watching one guy lift.....really? The squat racks are the first to go so if you see one open take it. All to often I will finish my bench, squat or dead lift workout while the same people are still texting on their phones and taking up equipment. I will keep trying different times to find a decent one but stay away if you can help it between 5-830 PM.

This location is very clean. I love how they have cleaner and towels throughout the gym for clean up, and majority of members to clean their seats after use. Tons on cardio machines and plenty of weight "smith" machines even though its 50/50 on snagging a smith machine. Wish they had more calve machines and what they need is a sauna. The employees are not really social with members, they dont really engage with the members. But overall this Planet Fitness is really nice

I been a member of planet fitness. In Ontario since they open this gym...I never had any problems...however Im seen more people that dont have respect for others working out...people save machines dont let you use..they dont clean when they are done...people your at the gym please dont answer phone calls go out side!!!!! Please make changes management regarding this problems

I enjoy working out here. Only problem was that on Sunday I asked if they could put the raider or the rams game on and twice they said they will try, with all the t.v.s they have they couldnt do it. Management please look into this issue, just put any NFL game on and we can get all the scores and highlights from all the games. Thank you.

Great gym, Great staff, but there needs to be more emphasis on cleaning up after yourself. Ive seen people of all ages get up leaving the seat extremely sweaty and just proceeding to the next machine. Also, lately its been really busy in the mornings, any hour i go theres always a wait for machines or the ab/stretching room is full.

Extremely terrible customer service, wouldnt let in my guest for something completely unrelated to my black card account that I pay for each month. The service and complete lack of care I recieved from the manager is enough to make me want to switch to a different gym. Get some better management and customer service.

This place it awesome. Staff if friendly and helpful. The guys at the front desk are always willing to answer any of my questions. Just got settled here today since I moved too far from planet fitness Covina. Will be returning soon for my work out plan cant wait to officially make this my new home gym!

Friendly staff we love that its 24 hours been to one that closes at 7pm Wich is b/s waist of time but not this place nice big facility with nice restrooms only thing did notice is the sink water doesnt stay on very long the sensor turns it back off pretty fast making it hard to use the Sink

Great Gym to utilize the time as well as workout out close to home .Just looks weird a person on their phone taking up space sitting on a bench ..O well PF GET THEIR MONEY THAN ..... OTHER THAN THAT GREAT SPOT WITH AN AWESOME STAFF IN MY OPINION ..

Asked for a few day guest pass, guy behind the desk said the on do daily guest pass, it was $20 day! I wanted to insure it wasnt too crowded before I joined, their reply was come after 8pm and I should be okay.

Great price ($10/month), no long term commitment and employees are all friendly and helpful. We can even schedule time with trainer (alone or join a group) at no extra charge.

Went to this one instead of the gym in Fontana. Was crowded but this was after work on a Wednesday so its to be expected.
