This location charges your card whatever they want as they please I was charged multiple times for the same yearly membership fees and When I called to resolve this and asked them to refund me they told me that I would have to qualify For a refund and when I asked What the qualification was the lady that helped me told me it was her that Decided if I qualified or not I ask for the regional manager I may give me a number to Google Voice This is the most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with I do not recommend anybody given their card information to this Company . How imature I couldnt even get the phone number to a manager

I called this location to get information and no one answered. I called 2 more times and finally someone got on the phone. I asked for membership information and the representive explained the 2 options. I wanted to try out the gym because its new to my area. Ive heard negative things about planet fitness, so I wanted to try it for myself. They have no guest passes or trials. They only have a day fee of $20! I went down to workout and pay the ridiculously high day fee anyway and when I arrived there was no parking!

I went in to this place to try it out and they dont have any guest pass so I decided to get the 10 dollar membership. I then found out the only way to pay is with a bank account and routing number. I was able to pull the account information on my phone and then the guy said he needs to see my bank statement with my name on it. The guy was extremely rude and seemed like he didnt want me as a customer. Will not go back and wont let any family member go back to this place.

Love the purple! Brand new location with tanning, Viber Shape red light therapy and hydro massage. Everything is clean, fresh smell and the employees are very friendly and helpful. My favorite part is, how empty it is early in the morning.

I love that its close by, but so far Ive only met one person there who was nice. Majority of the staff that Ive interacted with wasnt nice and not good customer service

It was closed when I went by though the website said it was open. The sales office was open. Planet Fitness is usually great. This one is in a crowded parking lot.

Love the layout! Better than the one in Ontario where everything faces one way and you feel like you are stuck in a fishbowl the further you go in the gym.

Just join and the place is so well kept and clean. Theres so many work out machines and the people are grate.
