What a difference 6 little months can make. August 18th marks 6 months that we (Mike Schwartz and I) have been with Agape Boot Camp. What have I gained: - amazing friends - trainers that push to do my personal best - strength - endurance (climbed potato mtn) - health (as proven with lab results) - supplements that keep me going - personal advice - prayer - a foundation for healthy living What have I lost: - 34lbs - 3.8% body fat - a closet full of clothes that are too big - any negativity - this place is too awesome to have a bad attitude Most importantly, Im loving this journey. This is not about a destination. There are bumps along the way, illness, fatigue, vacation (the entire summer), work stress, work travel and a busy life in general but this is life. This process has taught me how to be successful despite what life is throwing at me.
