I have been a member for many years. I go to several gyms, Laguna Hills and Irvine. It is a superb gym. The quality of most personnel is fantastic. There are severeral people that stand out with the best customer service ever! They love their job and take care of their clients! Devotion to their craft. In Laguna Hills, Jasmin, spa services. Fey, for massage. Anette for Zumba classes. I think they are very valuable employees. There should be an award to the employee of the year. I am sure if you take a vote Jasmin would win in the estetician department. For massages, Fey. For perfect carefully chorio Anette for Zumba. Thank you for Zumba. Its the best! Laguna Hills has style, a clean place to work out. The spa in Irvine has great specialty facials, such as Jade, amazing facial. Miriam and Erika are wonderful techs. Total Woman gym has let me down yet again. I have had nothing but problems since I signed up with them a year ago and now that I have asked them to cancel my account they have double charged me and refused to refund the money. I am contacting the BBB and reporting them for fraud. The Laguna Hills location is also outdated and dirty. NOT WORTH THE MONEY LADIES!

Total Woman has the best customer service around. Where else can you work out and have a massage under the same roof! It is always clean and doesnt smell like men! I would highly recommend Total Woman and the Laguna Hills location especially!
