I went to fix a leak under our kitchen sink; I took one look at the "custom" pipe work that the previous owners had left and I decided I better call a professional before I have water spilling all over the kitchen floor and one angry wife. So I called the folks over at Ace Pelizon Plumbing and they sent a rep right out. The plumber (Gary) showed up, he took a quick look and agreed it was a strange setup. Gary went right to work and in about an hour he had a new set of pipes in place. The best part was that I would now have easy access to the trap and to the disposal. He didnt have to re-work the pipes, but he did so Ill be able to work on them in the future. He easily could have left them they way they were, to me thats an honest professional with integrity. It just makes sense to call Ace Pelizon Plumbing if you want it done right.

Jake the plumber they sent out to my home was the kindest, most professional person who weve ever had in our home. He was so polite and very reassuring that we didnt ruin everything we touched. He had a firm grasp as to the problem, showed us the gunk build up he took from the pipes and put a new garbage disposal in for us and when he left I swear my kitchen was cleaner than when he got there. I would use Ace Pelizon again and would hope they would send out the same gentleman that called on us today. There work was guaranteed and I received a copy of the receipt on line before he even left the yard. The receipt was the best I had ever seen making sure every remark he or I had made was included. Great company. We had been looking for a small family owned business we could call for our plumbing needs and we just found one!

Ace Pelizon sent their team to help us fix a leak under our water heater in a very timely manner. We were always made to feel that we were a priority to this company. The only people we dealt with were our technicians Joe and Daniel. They were both extremely polite, nice, competent, and professional. The leak was fixed promptly. Our water heater pedestal was not very secure which they pointed out and also fixed. This company is a sham. The want to rip you off. 89 bucks just to drive over to my house. Then they want 380 dollars to go underneath my house only to tell me how much the job is going to by. That over 400 dollars for NO work. That is ridiculous. I would not recommend Ace Pelizon Pluming to my worst enemy!
