Last weekend our plumbing backed up. We have a septic system and I called another local plumber in my area. Their appointment was for Monday between 10am-12pm. They didnt show up until after 1pm. Cleared the stoppage but wanted to go in with camera to see what was going on. Didnt have the camera with him so he had to leave and come back, which took him another hour! So now I had waited around for 5 hours dealing with this other company. When he came back he showed me how infested my main line pipe was with tree roots and said I would need to have trees taken out and piping replaced but didnt bother to clear the line of existing roots and still left me with a major problem that was just going to happen again. So the following day I had Courtesy Plumbing come out to take a look. They arrived bright and early and got right to work. They agreed that the suggested work needs to be done but was kind enough to clear the main line of existing tree roots to buy us some time to save up money and get trees removed, to get the job done. They didnt leave until that line was clear. Also made great suggestions on how to overall make our system better. They were polite, very informative and trustworthy. When we are ready to do repairs I will definitely being calling Courtesy Plumbing again. Also wanted to add, even though it might seem like such a small detail, to me really showed the difference in the quality of businesses. The first plumbers that I had come out, the blades on the end of their snake were significantly smaller than those of Courtesy Plumbing. I commented on that right away when I saw the size difference. Even if the original plumber had tried to clear the roots, he never would have stood a chance with his puny blades.

Chose Courtesy Plumbing because of the reviews. Had a plugged toilet and shower in one bathroom. Courtesy Plumbing came out twice with the first visit using a snake from the roof. After a few weeks, the problem returned. The second visit was done by the owner and brother. They used a snake to clear the problem and a camera to confirm it and ascertain potential problems. Courtesy Plumbing was very professional and helpful with their operator providing potential costs estimates depending on what was needed and calling ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. I appreciate the recommendations and options by Jeff. They were very informative and professional. Obviously they take pride in their work and want the customer to be happy! I would strongly recommend them!

We cannot adequately describe our gratitude to Courtesy Plumbing for repairing a slab leak in our post tension foundation. We dealt with five other plumbing companies and were not happy with any of them. After quite a few nightmare plumbers, we found Courtesy on yelp and they had many favorable endorsements. They suggested a non-invasive solution to discover the leak and repaired it for substantially less than the other estimates- not to mention avoiding cutting through our slab. Our tech Jason was very efficient and we have nothing but good things to say about him. These days it is hard to find someone who takes pride in their work. Thank you very much for a job well done.

I hate to admit it but not being the most mechanically inclined I could not figure out after about an hour of tinkering and watching you tube how to uncrank the motor on my garbage disposal to get it working and my sink was backing up fast. I called courtesy plumbing and they sent Sean out to fix it. It was 7 at night and he came with in 30 min. After less than 5 minutes the garbage disposal was fixed and refused to let me pay him. Fortunately I was able to convince him to let me treat him to dinner at in-n-out. Sean was fast and extremely nice. Id highly recommend courtesy to anyone looming for an honest and reputable company, thanks Sean and Courtesy!

We spoke with three different plumbers when we had backed up drains. One told us the lawn would have to be dug up (over the phone) and another came out and replaced a toilet seal (incorrectly) and told us we needed to replace the main drain line. Courtesy Plumbing came out after three days of nonsense with other plumbers and fixed the problem within an hour. They also fixed the problem the other plumber created. They had a crew of four people directed by a man with obvious knowledge and experience. They were also very very courteous and professional. Cant recommend highly enough!!!

Needed a mainline inspection for a home I am currently in escrow with. Given a next day appointment and easily met my scheduled window. Called when they were 15 minutes out and set off right to work upon arrival. Honest inspection all the way through. No unnecessary repairs pushed on me. Even showed how I could easily dig up my mainline access valve to save money on a future jetting should I choose to pursue. Sean even walked me through the video of the inspection to show any areas of concern and really put my mind at ease. Will definitely use in the future.

Every single woman I know who has ever called a plumber or used a mechanic is always worried sick about being taken advantage of, either about price, or technical mumbo-jumbo, or just being railroaded. I am really sensitive to any of those things. What I can tell you is that they didnt do that with me. They were nice on the phone and nice in person. They fixed my leaking toilet pretty fast with a minimum of complicated explanations about why it would cost more and more. It was easy, inexpensive and friendly. They will be coming back, I can already tell.

We were very happy with the service from Jason. He showed up clean and was respectful when he found a stopped up toilet from an unnecessary mess. He was not clean when he left but our house was. He cleared the problem, gave us a fair price, and was done quickly. He cleaned up after himself, it looked as if he was not there. This is the second time we used Courtesy Plumbing for a drain issue. We received their number from our neighbor Bob who said they do a great job. I would suggest using there guys for any plumbing need.

Ive used Courtesy Plumbing before in the past for a copper re-pipe job in West Covina. They are a great company! The owner is truly a great guy dedicated to his job. He personally called and made sure everything was working properly after they installed the copper piping. I would never use anyone else for even small plumbing problems like sewer problems or leak detection. Besides, why would you want a plumber who smells "good" when you can have a plumber who smells "great"!! lol.... I highly recommend this company!!

Rick came in, assessed situation, gave reasonable quote, then did the job quickly and thoroughly. He said that there was a chance that he would have to cut the wall, but was able to do the job without cutting. I am confident that his job will last without leaks. He finished the job and double checked the work after the pipe was already pressurized with water and gave thorough analysis of pipes around it, especially concerned about other possible leaks elsewhere. I will call again for plumbing work
