I called up plumbers three times before calling Socal Plumbing. The technician called to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He diagnosed the pipe problem immediately. He quoted the cost, and finished the job quickly. He explained everything he was doing as he went. I knew I also was in need of a water heater replacement. He quoted the job for me and we scheduled it later in the week. That has now been finished as well. I am very happy with my experience.

I called them for drain cleaning after I had taken quotes from 5 service providers. Their charges were the most attractive. Apart from that, their service was fast and effective. Another reason I will hire them again is their patience. My younger sister asked their technician too many questions and he took the time to answer all the questions smiling all throughout. Even though they are timely and their charges are considerate, what I love most about their staff is their vast knowledge. I needed to replace a water heater and needed a professional advice. This guy ran me through the pros and cons of each brand/model of water heaters. I eventually chose a slightly more expensive water heater, I am glad I did because it works great

Their employees are professional and friendly. They explain what the problem is, and find most cost-effective solution to fix it.

These guys are the best. The technician came out to fix a leak in my toilet and saw that it was so corroded that I needed a new one. Luckily it was there in his truck. He installed it in without wasting time, took out the old one, and left everything clean and in place. Will recommend them to everyone.
