Eric and Janelle were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use their services again if the need arose. Eric and Janelle helped us sell a home in Santa Clara and buy in Mountain View. On both the buying and selling side, we came prepared to act fast. I felt like my family and the Boyengas worked together as a well oiled machine. Eric, Janelle, and their team, managed all of the details of our transactions to completion in a professional, friendly way. They were always very responsive; I never felt like they were inaccessible. During the sale of our home, they kept the whole process on a timeline that Janelle outlined in one of our first meetings. I was very impressed with their ability to keep things moving at a quick pace. They delivered us a sale right away in a tough housing market. When buying a home, Eric and Janelle were resourceful in gathering potential homes for us, despite our very specific criteria. When we found a great house for us, they helped us approach the sellers with a buying strategy that got us the house, despite (many!) competing offers.

I loved working with Eric and Janelle and now consider them friends! The amount of effort they put into selling our home in Sunnyvale was truly amazing. Not only did their team handle all the resources needed to get the home prepared but they did an amazing job marketing the property online. Wherever I looked on the web my house was there, it was everywhere. They even had it advertised on Far East Asian websites. I was happy I was out of town over the weekend because a neighbor had told me that it was like a rock concert with cars and people lining the streets. Not only did they get my home sold in a week, but with over 10 offers to choose from I got well over what I ever expected.
