As a current tenant of one of RPMs properties, I would not recommend them. Ever since I moved in I have had trouble with the staff at RPM. The staff are very unprofessional, unfriendly and not motivated to do their job. The secretary is rude, the office manager is always away or "unavailable" and it is like pulling teeth around there to get something done. E.g. Today I called because I received an email claiming that I was late on my utilities. When I signed onto RPM’s tenant portal it was stating I had a utility bill past due and also a late fee, which tripled the utilities in cost. Since I just paid the rent and utilities 15 days ago, I decided to call. When the secretary answered the phone, I asked to be connected with the office manager. I was then put on hold. The secretary then picked up asking me what the call was concerning and I told her my issue (obviously the property manager was too busy to do her job). After telling the secretary my issue, she then stated that it was my fault because I was past due. Once again I explained that I paid my bills 15 days ago. The secretary got extremely rude with me. Her tone was snooty and at several occasions during the call she began to laugh at my issue. At this point I got unfriendly and I wasn’t going to be charged for their mistakes… Moments later she put me on hold to talk to the property manager. Once the secretary came back, she informed me it was their system that glitched and I would be refunded (thankfully)… This whole mishap could have been avoided if the property manager would have taken my call, instead of avoiding it, in general. At the end of the day, RPM is the middleman between lessor and lessee and should be working to please their customers on both ends. The staff’s attitude and methods of handling many situations is unprofessional, and working customer service for 15 years I know that is not the way a company should handle things… In a few months I plan on paying whatever fees and terminating my lease, due to my negative experience with RPM and if you are a property owner I would take your business elsewhere unless you want your tenants vacating due to the unprofessional staff (that you are trusting with your property) at RPM.

I was renting a house at 220 Livingston Ave. in Vacaville. My daughters and I kept the property up very nice, I had a housekeeper that kept the house very clean because I was disabled and had a IHSS provider. I lived there 4 years never late with my rent. When I got ready to move out of state The property management did me so badly. The house was cleaned, everything was done all except a pile of trash that was left in the garage. This company took all my deposit $1450.00 and kept it stating I left the Direct TV dish, I didnt even have Dish it was there when we moved in. They charged me for a tool shed that was already in the backyard when I moved in and they charged me for screens that was not on two windows that I was constantly asking to replace. They charged me to clean the carpet throughout the house, but the carpet was only dirty at the entrance way, we wore socks, or barefooted in the house. That house was cleaned like a professional had done it because several friends came and helped me and my daughters. Real Property Management took advantage of a single senior citizen by making false accusations and taking my deposit which I needed to move. I hope this company dont do this to other innocent tenants especially those that are seniors with medical disability .

Happy clients write great reviews! Its an important goal that every company should strive for! And RPM Select does a very good job at it! They administered my condo in CA for more than a year, while I lived in AZ..Now its time for me to sell it, but otherwise I would have left my property in their hands for a long-long time. They did a wonderful job keeping me informed and updated on what was going on in my condo, collected the rent in time and deposited always as they promised in the contract. RPM Select has a team of very dedicated, knowledgeable and professional people, who go above and beyond to solve any problems that occur, in a timely manner and as efficiently as possible. Their reply time was always within hours of receiving my inquiries, never more than 24 hrs later. And if I needed half an hour or more on the phone to discuss a problem, they always made time to accommodate my requests. You can expect to have a great relationship with everyone at Real Property Management Select, and, as owners, entrust your property to them with confidence and peace of mind that theyll take good care of it. I did and I have only good things to say about my experience!

Recently went through the application process with Real Property Management team and they are amazing. Couple of shout out, on the application process side, I worked with Tammy, her level of professionalism is the best I have seen. She really went out of her way to ensure that we were taking care of and paid full attention to getting the application processed leading to our approval. She connected to us and treated us well and was just as excited as we were when we received the news that we were approved. I also want to give a shout out about our leasing agent Brendan. He was also professional and prompt when he showed us the home and also following up with us giving us the news we got approved. I would recommend anyone who is looking to lease with RPM . Easiest experience from start to finish Ive ever experienced working with a property management company. Leanne was in constant communication with me via email regarding showing times or application status. The office was super helpful when it came to assisting me with getting all the necessary documents in to complete my application. Tammy was super helpful with keeping me informed about items needed and what the next steps were. I was able to apply for a unit on a Friday and by Wednesday evening was told I GOT IT!! Im very excited to move to my apartment and look forward to this experience working with the wonderful staff at Real Property Management Select. :) thanks ladies for all the help. Breanna J

Worst property management ever! We moved in and it was a complete mess. Had to hire someone to clean so it was livable. They said it was cleaned prior to moving in...yet when I showed them the pictures they did not care and tried to blame us. AMY HENSCHEL is the worst of all of them. She attacked me and called me a liar on several occasions. They make you pay for stuff that isnt your fault. For example the dishwasher was leaking so they had someone come out but they said it was because of the garbage disposal...They are charging us for that now. This place has the most incompetent people I have ever met. I;m really not sure how they keep their jobs, it disgusts me.

I wish I could give no stars. We had a few things wrong with the house and requested a work order. We were kept out of the loop for over a month or we would have to keep calling. Apparently, only 1 person takes care of all the work and hes "very busy". There was a tree in our front yard that blocked the whole driveway. We asked them to contact the owners to see if they could get it trimmed. Took over a month for that to get solved. Very rude when we call and have no professional skills. Would not suggest going with them at all.
