Since January 2017, we, my husband and my little baby girl, always went together to search a home we dreamed. Swim in Redfin every day, go out to visit the open house everywhere, contacting buyer agent to failure in bidding a house several times. After seven months past, we realized that the market is hot and hot, which burns us heavily. We all puzzled in a desert of purchasing home, as it like no water, no shelter, and no food there. Oh, we all felt very frustrated. It seems like I and my husband, my little baby girl all desperate in get an ideal, valuable, sweet and real home. When we almost gave it up, we decided to ask help to my loan agent in Chase bank, Chris Lau. As a 30 years experience mortgage banker, he gave high recommendation to Juliana, who has more than 20 years experience work as real estate agent. On July 26 2017, after met Julian for three days, she successfully help us and let us get a wonderful home in Sunnyvale: Good neighbor, best location, nice price with perfect floor plan, the bright and likable Townhouse which we own now, built in 2007. Juliana and her team visit the home, help to check the condition and have good communications with the seller. They contribute, they work on it, they make the deal, and then we won! This moment, how pleasant we are, it is hard to describe, like we once lost in the desert of buying home for 7 months, with the strong and professional help from Juliana, finally we go through the desert, get water, foods, and nice rooms with clean beds.
